Cibali Hotel

Low prices but ... terrible holidays. Very bad neighborhood. A neighborhood full of addicts. Hotel without elevator. Often very bad travelers. Hotel without law. Broken bed. Non-specialist servants. Daily power outages. Room without refrigerator. No boiling water. No glasses and jars. The neighborhood is very crowded. Room without daily cleaning. Even once every three days. Bath without shampoo again. Stay with the sound of the neighbors bathroom.

I've booked hotel for a 9 nights. Price shown was a fare price but when my collegue contact hotel for a transfer from the airport, someone wrote to her that a booked room has no window and she asked for a room with a window. After a month, I contact hotel again and explain that on my Booking app there isn't any information about that room has no window, they told it has (but it don't, I have reservation on app and e-mail). Only answer I had is that my card isn't validate and they will cancel my reservation. I contat Booking and they try to resolve the problem, but after 5 days and 3 contat persons in Booking, they told me that they coluldn' t solve it and wrote to me that I can give a recension. After that lady phoned me that I can't. Lady on Booking phone also told me that Booking has no information about room without window. So, I booked another room on another hotel. Shame on you Cibali Hotel Istanbul! And I forgot to wrote that they answerd me only after I wrote them in Turkish (with Google translator). But that is a past and I can't wait to see Istanbul again and their great people.
