The hotel is new, perfectly clean, very well located, 5 minutes walk from the beautiful Cehzade Mosque, next to which there is a large shady garden and a large playground. Nearby there is a good inexpensive bakery and a small, inexpensive and very good traditional restaurant, as well as many other shops, fruit crafts. A really beautiful authentic area, despite the presence of many tourists.

We had such a big problem with our reservation in this hotel, they didn't have room for us even if I checked twice with owner through messeges by booking site, so they put us in some dirty motel nearby, the door was broken and we didn't feel safe there.
When they finaly had free room for us, the insisted that we pay in cash instead with card and comunication was very hard because nobody speak english there.
Parking space was okay and safe, but location is not the best.

Small hotel with no particular facility but the owner were really nice and the emplacement not far from sultanamet and close from transportation was practicale

ABSOLUTLEY NOT RECOMMENDED. The bathroom was nasty it smells so bad. Ants all over the place along with little cockroach. We had to use the same towels for 2 days in the row unless if you ask for the clean ones. The cleaning lady opened the doors while we were sleeping without knocking the door. The manager was ok at the beginning. We paid a little extra and we stayed in a real hotel less than a mile from that place.

I can highly recommend this hotel. The staff was great! Especially Mr. Abduallah. He was very kind and welcoming. Helped us a lot with everything we needed. The room was cleaned almost everyday. And if not, you could ask the cleaning lady to do it.
The location of the hotel was definitely nice, because it was close to most places. Otherwise you could take the transport which was relatively close.

One of the worst experience. Never recommend this to anybody. The owner of the hotel is not trustworthy person. I booked a stay for 2 nights directly through the owner. I was with my wife and 3 kids. We agreed on an amount and after I paid him and he left. Later at midnight night after 12:30 AM, he messaged me and told me that he will return my money and I have to leave Tomorrow. He made some excuse that he didn’t know what was Day do week Tomorrow. I requested him many times to let me stay now. But he did not agreed and in half hour a person came and he returned my money. The next morning I was going to Bursa. So I had to leave my all luggage at the lobby of the hotel and left in morning. After 2 days when I came back I took my luggage from this hotel.
The owner of the hotel did the most unprofessional act by surprising us by canceling our stay for next 2 days.
Note :- I have proof of everything that happened that night. I can share with anybody if anybody want to see.
