Old hotel,old furniture,bad bathroom,no night lamps in room,sad breakfast,only good location. Argus tours should find better hotels for their trips.

The rooms are small but clean and breakfast was great, had a good time there!

Room was average. One particular member of staff in reception was very unhelpful and refused to call me a taxi when I was checking out.

The workers in the reception were not really kind, not even willing to listen; not any disposition to help. The food was really bad (not in good condition) so even It was included we couldn't eat, and the rooms quite normal (just the fridge was too noisy and the TV didn't work). The best thing of the hotel was the location, other than that nothing special.

Nice little hotel. The staff are quite smiling and helpful people. The rooms are clean and tidy. They have air conditioning, which saves a lot from the heat in Istanbul. It is in a good location, close to the historical center in the Laleli district. There are restaurants and quite a few shops around it.

I understand that it's a cheap 3-star hotel, but wifi most of the time didn't work, breakfast is barely edible and my bathroom was the size of a small walk in closet. For this price you can get a proper apartment on airbnb maybe 10-20 minutes by metro/bus further away from the center.

Very helpful , they let us check in very early at 8:00 AM, it was very nice act from the hotel , more over the hotel state is very good and well kept clean

Very good location. Comfortable and safe place to stay. Front desk staff very helpful. Housekeeping not good. Cleaning was poor.
