I booked this place but unfortunately it was only waist of money. The location was very rough and unsafe. The room was smelly . The fridge was broken and dirty and rusty!! Never had a such terrible experience☹️☹️☹️☹️.left the place the next day and booked another place.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Near Galata Tower. But the hotel was in an old street, the streets were dirty. It was very noisy, the rooms were old, the light was cold and dim, it smelled of dampness, at night you could hear everything that was happening on the street.

A very practical budget guest house , the owner and manager of the place are very friendly and cooperative, , the rooms are good , it's suitable for someone who wants to have a decent sleep and basic shower and toilet with affordable budget , it's 5 min walk from bus station Omar Khayam and 25 min walk from taksim square,

Great hotel. The administrator is a very helpful person, helped us with the room in an urgent need. You can contact him via WhatsApp, and he's very responsive. The rooms are clean, extremely quiet. Definitely recommend.

- only pillow case Im found not properly washed - some signs of dirt from past but seems to be washed .

+ Nice hotel for whose price.. 23 euro / 24 hours. Small led tv, conditioner, hot water, good (small) shower.. got bath and face towels.. Continue with it's prices!- only pillow case Im found not properly washed - some signs of dirt from past but seems to be washed .

Me and my wife stayed here for 3 days. Hosts are very kind, generous and helpful people. The hotel is located at an amazing location 10 minutes walk from Taksim Square and hardly 5 Minutes to Isteklal. Service and cleanliness were upto mark. Definitely staying here in my next visit. Thankyou for having us.

Excellent hotel for its price. The staff is extremely helpful, they are ready to answer any question any time. The location is perfect as well, metro stations, bus stops, food and shops are in close proximity. Found this hotel on booking by accident and now I'm glad I did.

Great hotel in the centre of Istanbul with excellent service and great breakfast.

The rooms were very small we didn’t have a place to walk.
Even the bathroom was so small
The bed was so tiny we couldn’t sleep normally with the stres if we fall to the ground in the middle of night.
The staff wasn’t friendly at all
The breakfast wasn’t tasty and it didn’t have option to choice
The walls were very thin we heard every noise outside our room
And this place was like burdelo there were a line of men’s waiting to get massage by two women’s
I can say that is not a place to go with your family
The only good thing was the internet
And that this motel was in the city center

From our warm welcome by mr Nadir to the impeccable recommendations and clean room! Every detail was perfect. The attentive staff went above and beyond, and the serene atmosphere made for a truly rejuvenating stay. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul! We were so pleased and look forward to returning.

Amazing Hotel, was here in October 2024 with my family and they treated me with amazing care, amazing food and a friendly atmosphere. Even though it was a bit compact all rooms were all clean and always managed to help us when we first entered the country and left. Helped us organise stuff to do around Istanbul like cruises across the ocean and more and was more then a service but was a good friend. Excellent choice if your staying in Istanbul.

This is my first time visiting Istanbul and I am very happy with the conditions of this hotel.
Overall maximum grade.
For perfectionists you will probably always find many disadvantages, but if you want a hotel placed in a very good area, with a very good breakfast buffet, at a very good price and with a staff worthy of appreciation - I highly recommend this hotel.
I've been here for 3 days and I'll stay a few more days.
One mistake on the part of the receptionist (For which I have all the respect and I give it the highest grade for kindness) was that he passed me the POS payment note in Turkish lira instead of the euro conversion and initially I paid much less than I should have to pay.
They checked later and it was fixed immediately.
All respect for the reception and the people in the kitchen.
I read several reviews before choosing this hotel and many of the negative reviews are not true. The hotel has been renovated and is still being refurbished.
Grade 10 from me. I am convinced that the staff does everything possible to make you feel at home. 🇹🇷🇹🇩
