Reviews
The overall quality of the hotel is poor. The hotel does not honour the room type you book — we were given a different room to what we had reserved, which was disappointing. The room felt tired and poorly maintained, and the shower was broken, making the stay uncomfortable.
The breakfast buffet was also very poor, with limited options and low quality, and did not meet expectations at all.
If you are staying purely for the location, this hotel may be acceptable. However, if you are looking for comfort or a relaxing getaway, I would strongly recommend choosing a different hotel.
This is an honest review to help future guests make an informed decision.
The hotel itself is basically okay, and the location and friendliness of the staff are truly excellent! You always get help immediately, and the team is genuinely kind and welcoming – that’s definitely the best part about this place.
However, it’s clear that the hotel is quite dated and not nearly as modern as it looks on the website or in booking photos.
The rooms are, honestly, a disaster. The bathroom is tiny – you literally have to squeeze yourself into a corner just to close the door. The shower and sink are heavily calcified, the shower head can’t be moved, and the water control handle came right off. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, and the door doesn’t close completely – it always stays slightly open. The wooden strip above the door also falls off every time you try to shut it.
The air conditioner looks like it was installed just recently, but the wall was never properly plastered, which gives the whole room a very unfinished and careless appearance.
The mattress was dirty, and we even suspected there might be bed bugs. To top it all off, we woke up one morning to find a pile of ants in our room.
The spa area isn’t great either – it smells a bit unpleasant, the sauna is far too cold, the Turkish bath way too hot, and the jacuzzi is cold and a little disgusting.
The breakfast is far from impressive. It’s very small, with limited variety – no cheese or cold cuts, just a few spreads, some salad, scrambled eggs, and sucuk (Turkish sausage). That’s about it. The bread selection is poor, and the dining room is quite small and quickly crowded. There is a nice rooftop terrace, but unfortunately you’re not allowed to take your dishes up there, which is a pity.
The view (we were on the 8th floor) is truly breathtaking, but unfortunately that doesn’t make up for the sight inside the room.
Make sure to look closely at the photos!
The rooms and common areas were quite dirty and looked old and poorly maintained.
Breakfast was very limited and didn’t feel fresh at all.
There was also a noticeable lack of facilities, which made the stay even more disappointing.
For this price, I really don’t recommend trying this hotel — it’s definitely not worth it.
The only positive point was the friendly and polite behavior of the staff.
In one word: A DISGRACE. At 7:30 AM on a Sunday morning, in a hotel we came to for rest, we were forced awake by staff shouting their private conversations in the hallways and relentlessly slamming doors. The noise was so intense, it felt as if they were right inside our room. I have never seen an establishment with such disrespect for a guest's right to rest. A completely unprofessional team. If you are looking for peace, do not come here. You will pay to be miserable.
Turizm bölgesinde olan böyle bir işletmenin, bilinçsiz çalışanları kocaman bir otel yatırımını rezil ediyor. Çok yazık!
The meals were the same every single day hotel conditions even worse, very noisy and not very clean. The photos shown from the hotel were not the same as in your website,I can not quote this experience as good. I was disappointed.
Every single other aspect about this hotel was just not good.
Poor customer service. They pretend to listen to you but they just don't care that much about your problem.
Most importantly after 3 times mentioning that the Airco wasn't functioning correctly, they didn't take any action to resolve the issue. I ended up giving it up bc it makes no sense to speak to people who don't really care about customers concerns.
