I had a wonderful experience at Miracle Hotel Asia Istanbul, and I would especially like to highlight the outstanding service from the guest relations team. Tatiana went above and beyond to make my parents’ stay unforgettable. She personally arranged a beautiful birthday surprise for my mother, decorating the room with balloons and creating such a warm, joyful atmosphere. My parents were over the moon with happiness, and it truly made their trip special. I cannot thank Tatiana enough for her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care.
The hotel itself is also fantastic – it’s spacious, very clean, and has a big, beautiful swimming pool that we really enjoyed. The breakfast was amazing, with so many choices and everything fresh and delicious. Overall, a perfect stay that combined excellent facilities with exceptional service. Highly recommended!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Miracle Istanbul Asia Hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by Ms. Tatyana Baysal and her professional team. The staff were attentive, courteous, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel completely at home.

The hotel itself is spotless, elegant, and comfortable. My room was beautifully maintained, with great attention to detail and comfort. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

Every part of my experience exceeded expectations — I would rate it more than 10 out of 10 if possible. Thank you to everyone at Miracle Istanbul Asia Hotel for making my stay so special. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

When we walked into the hotel the staff were attentive and took our suitcases. There was another customer complaining but he seemed quite agitated - this put us on edge as we were made to wait besides this customer and our check in took longer than usual (compared to other hotels). At this point we did not feel very safe as we thought where have we ended up?

The room was spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness could have been better especially because the sofa was stained. However, on checking into our room we had some brownies sealed on a plate waiting for us which was a lovely touch. We were automatically given an upgrade in room which was very kind.

When we ordered in food from another place my partner had to walk up to the gate up a slope for a few minutes as they don’t let delivery drivers in - this was a nuisance however this made it seem like the hotel was a little more safe as they don’t just let everyone in.

The breakfast has plenty of options and I would recommend booking the hotel with breakfast! The view was also lovely overlooking the garden, palm trees and swimming pool. We watched a gorgeous sunrise here.

Overall, if you are in need of a hotel that is close to the airport this is a good option. However I would not recommend you to call a taxi from the front desk!!! We got called a taxi and the drivers car reeked of cigarette smells and we had to literally pinch our nose the whole journey! They should really ensure they work with professionals.

Our stay was excellent! The hotel is elegant and comfortable, with a beautiful pool, sauna, and steam room. Breakfast was tasty and varied. We loved the warm welcome and the complimentary hospitality upon arrival.

The staff were amazing, especially Taitna, who was very kind and attentive. Highly recommended!

The hotel, location are excellent! Especially for those who stay between flights. I recommend this hotel!

From the very first moment, My husband and I were welcomed with such warmth and kindness by the staff.
Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring, always doing their best to make sure we were happy and comfortable, whether it was at the reception, housekeeping, or the restaurant staff, everyone showed true dedication to making sure guests are happy and satisfied.

We left with beautiful memories — and already miss the kind faces that made our trip so special.

I had an amazing stay at Miracle Hotel Istanbul! The rooms are super spacious and much bigger. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was absolutely top-notch with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Highly recommended if you're looking for comfort and quality in Istanbul!

We arrived early morning from Sabiha and waited 2 hrs before getting our room. That was still appreciated as check in was 2 pm. They upgraded our room. Very clean hotel and staff are friendly. Enjoyed Turkish bath, steam and sauna. Location near to viaport and restaurants is great. One more note, we took taxi from sabiha to hotel. No need to take uber or online applications as price is very reasonable with taximeter.

When I saw this hotel, I couldn't express how I felt 🥺🥺. I spent 3 nights there with my husband just after New Year’s, and it was not just amazing — it was indescribable.

The staff were incredible and so friendly. The rooms were spotless, and the room service was excellent. We had the spa all to ourselves, and I’ll never forget the kind man at the spa who took his time to explain all the equipment to us.

I truly recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at the Crowne Plaza before — which was nice — but my experience at Miracle was on another level.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Miracle Hotel in Istanbul and it truly was a beautiful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating.

Unfortunately, I had to leave early in the morning and missed out on the hotel’s breakfast spread. However, the staff went above and beyond by preparing breakfast boxes for me to enjoy in my room before my departure. It was such a thoughtful gesture and really made my stay special.

The location of the hotel was also fantastic. There was a mall and restaurant right next door, making it convenient for me to grab a bite to eat or do some shopping without having to venture too far.

The hotel itself was very clean and well-maintained. My room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect place to unwind after a long day of exploring the city.

I would highly recommend the Miracle Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay in Istanbul. The staff’s exceptional hospitality and the hotel’s great location make it a top choice for travelers. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Istanbul.
