Would I recommend this place? NO

Definitely not a 4 star, poor structure of the building (mould in bathroom and ants in my room)

But really good service (labour service, hotels staff always looking after you but the quality of the food and rooms are not up to standard.

Would gave this hotel three star review but the whole building lost electricity for several ours on my check day so I had to take 8 floor of stars with luggage to check out and get to airport.

Rude personel. Illiterate personel about the hotel and vicinity. No working Sauna or steam room for 2 days with the excuse of fuse problem. At breakfast no bread at all. We don't recommend this amateur hotel to anyone.

Worst breakfast that I’ve ever had. The room is mediocre, would definitely recommend choosing other hotels.

Hotel is nice and big rooms but restaurant is not good ,when you buy food ,You have to be carefully because They are charging double price.

Sorry that I give 1 star rating. I never seen my hole life so bad Hotel in Istanbul. I m socket that they cannot surve properly! Even they have nothing special for kids ! If somebody ask me is it good to visit or stay in this hotel then I will request you that plz check others hotel . Thank you ...
