I would like to mention and thank the receptione girl, who always tried to help, even though she couldn't do much. It wasn't her fault.
The room was worn and the furniture was tired, but it was as clean as could be. There was a very unpleasant sewer smell. However, the receptionist helped us by giving us an air freshener. The towels were clean, and toiletries were provided. It's definitely suitable for a couple of nights. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby.
It's worth the money for one night, but if you're planning a longer stay, I recommend choosing a different hotel.
The only problem is the mirror is facing the bed, that made me feel uncomfortable.
