So.. Casa Lavanda is a must visit place when in Istanbul.
Excellent location, full green and peaceful, considering the fact that you are just 1-1,5 hour from the center it is definitely giving to it's guests the feeling that you are somewhere else and not in Turkey.
Dining here is certainly a wonderful experience, especially comparing to most of the Turkish restaurants and standards.
Tip: If you like porcini mushrooms you definitely found your place to eat!
My family and I just loved it there.
The nature, the ambiance, the rooms and the food is great.
A very good choice for a short getaway in all seasons.
The scenery takes you and your breath away!
We stayed at CL in August but I am guessing it would be magical in winter time with snow and everything.
The reasons I shyed away from giving 5 stars are poor Wifi connection, lack of room service and a little bit of disorganization about cleaning of the rooms; all of which should not be too difficult for the hotel management to resolve.
