I booked this hotel for a 9-night stay with my family, but we ended up leaving on the second day and finding another place—without receiving any refund. The room we were given looked nothing like the photos shown on their website (see attached). It was old, unclean, and poorly maintained.

Some of the main issues included:

1. Unresponsive staff

2. No drinking water provided in the room

3. Elevator frequently out of service

4. Towels and bed sheets only changed every 3 days

5. Shower water constantly fluctuating between hot and cold

6. Insufficient lighting

7. Poor sound insulation, with doors and windows that didn’t close properly

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I strongly advise avoiding this hotel.

The hotel does not look like the pictures. The pictures is Ai generated that make the hotel look fresh and bright, but in reality is not. Everything was dirty for example the stairs, the floor, the towels, the kitchen, shower etc. The airconditioner didn’t work when we werent at the hotel so it was very hot. The doors and walls is so thin that you hear everytime someone is talking, playing music and so on. We had an strange middle door right int the middle of the room that was covered in a wierd thin black soft material so when the neighbour started playing turkish music in the evening, it was like he was right next to us because it was so noisy and loud. The staff didnt wanna help and wasnt to any help in general with anything. They weren’t comunicating with eachother so when one of them told and promised us something, the next day there was a new person sitting in the lobby that had no idea what our request was or anything. The pool area was small but nice. Just dont believe the pictures because it is not what the reality is.

This place is nothing like the pictures — they look AI-generated and completely fake. The rooms are filthy, unsafe, and falling apart. Towels were stained, water undrinkable, and the shower head fell on us. Staff barely spoke English and didn’t care about any issues. We left 7 days early and paid extra just to escape. Booking.com should remove this listing. Don’t be fooled — stay away from this place!

The worst hotel i have ever used!
Do not be fooled by the edited and misleading pictures of this hotel! It became clear that this hotel changes name from time to time, arguably to get away from negative critics. Do a google search on the hotel name, and on the name Coral app. hotel. also check reviews on google maps. Nothing positive to say about it!!

The hotel building is old and very worn down. Some efforts are made to "renovate", but that effort was just to put some new paint on a few of the walls and put in some not not so worn down sofa's. My room did not have all the furniture it was supposed to have. The room was very worn down, it was dirty, and the showers are NOT working. you can easily spend 40 minutes trying to adjust the water temperature in the shower, it goes from freezing cold to boiling hot, nothing in between! There is big open gaps around the doors, so it sound like people are in your room if people are talking in the reception. Forget any sleep because there is ALWAYS allot of noise inside the hotel. we could only sleep between 05.00 and 07.30 or 08.00 if we were lucky. The back yard and swimming pool were closed (off season). there is a group of Turkish guys sitting in the reception / bar every single day talking, playing cards and so on. thats fine, but the hotel staff is more concerned with keeping social with the group than doing their job and help the clients. Wifi is almost never working. TV channels works for a few minutes and then shuts down.

I cannot stress enough how worn down this hotel is, its a 1 start resort claiming to be a 3 or 4 star.

First of all don't believe to the provided photos. Photos made from last decade or when the hotel was new. Everything in the apartment was in very bad conditions, except shower, it was renewed recently, however it wasn't improve overall impression. Bedding and towels was with the holes when we arrived. After my remark and request to renew it. Hotel staff said that they have problem with laundry provider as well as full occupancy. Which is not an excuse. Cleanliness is very bad, cleaning provided is very basic and below to the acceptable level. Only good thing that there are no cockroaches and fungus. Staff are friendly, however response on requests are relatively slow. Water supply, another headache. You never can be assured that you will have decent pressure or temperature which you like. Kitchen appliances are very basic. Only the fridge working as expected. Can't recommend this hotel apartments for visit, unless it will cost max 10 used per day. Not more than that.

The dog, big and dangerous, is living at swimming pool area. In the morning and evening dog is there, you can't be safe sitting there with such a big dog there unleashed. The owners are nasty people. In covid era they were not wearing masks, none of them. Be prepared that even you have reservation they will not settle you in the room you've booked. On second floor the room provided has leaking air condition and defunct fume detector which is dangerous. Place should be avoided at all costs. Respect youself. Find a safe place to stay.

One of the worst places I've ever been. Owners, friends of owners, people not living here - all are at the territory of hotel. Total violation of your security. The owners' dog is living near the pool. Dangerous big breed. Some girlfriend of night shift man was also at reception/lobby. Unbelievable unprofessionalism. Dangerous for guests. Who knows who that people are. You cannot be safe in this place. Location is not bad. But hotel is rather old. Air condition was leaking.
