Kleopatra Icaria Hotel in Alanya

First of all don't believe to the provided photos. Photos made from last decade or when the hotel was new. Everything in the apartment was in very bad conditions, except shower, it was renewed recently, however it wasn't improve overall impression. Bedding and towels was with the holes when we arrived. After my remark and request to renew it. Hotel staff said that they have problem with laundry provider as well as full occupancy. Which is not an excuse. Cleanliness is very bad, cleaning provided is very basic and below to the acceptable level. Only good thing that there are no cockroaches and fungus. Staff are friendly, however response on requests are relatively slow. Water supply, another headache. You never can be assured that you will have decent pressure or temperature which you like. Kitchen appliances are very basic. Only the fridge working as expected. Can't recommend this hotel apartments for visit, unless it will cost max 10 used per day. Not more than that.

The dog, big and dangerous, is living at swimming pool area. In the morning and evening dog is there, you can't be safe sitting there with such a big dog there unleashed. The owners are nasty people. In covid era they were not wearing masks, none of them. Be prepared that even you have reservation they will not settle you in the room you've booked. On second floor the room provided has leaking air condition and defunct fume detector which is dangerous. Place should be avoided at all costs. Respect youself. Find a safe place to stay.

One of the worst places I've ever been. Owners, friends of owners, people not living here - all are at the territory of hotel. Total violation of your security. The owners' dog is living near the pool. Dangerous big breed. Some girlfriend of night shift man was also at reception/lobby. Unbelievable unprofessionalism. Dangerous for guests. Who knows who that people are. You cannot be safe in this place. Location is not bad. But hotel is rather old. Air condition was leaking.
