+ The management was very helpful and welcoming, nothing was a problem. they provided us with loads of info about the places to visit in the area, restaurants on walking distance. Rooms were immaculate. pool was clean , airco was a bliss in this hot weather. private parking for our motorbikes . Definitely come back on our next visit to Turkey 🇹🇷- -

I stayed with my family 13 days at this hotel.
- The rooms are big
- No one in the hotel speaks English.
- The service and customer service is very bad. They seam to be mad all the time and don’t do an effort to communicate or help
- Breakfast is so poor. Labor was finished since our 3rd day, the bread that customers have had in their table and maybe touched is put back and served to other customers, the juice they offer is t juice but Tang.
- The cleaning of the room is very bad. We didn’t have soap the last 5 days even we asked in several times.
- The pool was very nice and clean the first 3 days. We weren’t able to use it the rest of the holidays as the water in the pool turned green and dirty.

When we came they put us in a small room and we booked the family room we went and told the but they said give us one day the family room was good pool VERY boring no slide dirty and when the Cleaned the pool it too 2 DAYS the staff was very nice.

İt is hard to give bad feedback, but they deserve it, really. They give water 💧 one time just when you arrive also in the rooms are no teeth cleanning at same time they said their are view on sea it was lie unfortunately

Booked through Airbnb but the hotel name was not mentioned in the app. Stayed at a family room. Clean, spacious and had a glimpse of the sea from our unit.
Service however was not that good. The AC in the living room was okay but not in the bedroom. Upon complaint the receptionist told us a technician would be arriving in a couple of hours. None arrived until we left.
No cleaning services throughout our whole two night stay.

Great place to stay. We managed to get an entire 1 bedroom unit, literally a 1 bedroom apartment with kitchen, bathroom and living room. Balcony and WASHER included. Yes we did laundry which isn't that common while on holiday. Great staff and very friendly. Wonderful breakfast. Only steps from the beach. It isn't in downtown Alanya but a quick drive gets you there. There's a migros in the area and a wonderful little beach bar down the street, maybe a 10 min walk if not less.

It’s very good value for money hotel one down side was the food. The location is bit far away from town and restaurants due to this would make more sense if they add half-board or all inclusive with extra cost.

As soon as we checked in, we Instantly regretted booking here. The staff at the reception were clueless of their jobs except for one lady who was barely there. If you booked excursions which you are going to be picked up for rest assured you’ll miss it because of the in capability of the the hotel staff and reception communicating to you for pick up. The food and cleanliness was horrible, there were constantly bugs on our bed and the room would not be cleaned until we would request for the hundredth time. The location of this hotel is bad too nothing is in even 30mins walking distance except the beach. I would not recommend this hotel.

They replied in Turkish instead of English, offered a way too expensive airport shuttle service and weren't flexible when it comes to check-in time or refund policies.

Everything about room was good enough and clean. AC had no problem for the entire holiday (one week). Normally with this price range there will be always a problem with AC :)
Breakfast and dinner were included and food is okay. Not bad, not like in restaurant.
There is an outdoor pool and a fitness but quite old equipments.
Everything else is excluded, hamam, sauna etc.
You can not take someone to your room, you have to pay. (Even for a couple hours)
The hotel isn’t located in centro, but if you have a vehicle, 10mins away.
