Overall great experience, mostly thanks to staff! They are extremely polite, kind and friendly! Rooms need a renovation, but clean and cleaning service comes every day. Inside the hotel yard about 5 swimming pools, kids playground, lovely dining place and bar. Food/drink selection wide, everything tasty. The hotel faces a traffic street, so a bit loud in the evening, but you can deal with it😅

Not the kind of experience we are used to to didn’t realise that’s it’s an aparthotel which means that we have to even pay for basic necessities like ac and water nothing is provided if you add breakfast expect to eat exactly same every single day of your stay overall it’s kinda ok hotel nothing out of ordinary

A family friendly small appartement complex/hotel. Every service you need of a hotel but with payment.
10 euro for each airco is just not fair, specially in summer when it takes minimum 1 hour to make the room a little colder.
The cleanliness could have been a lot better but ok.
The prices for food and beverages are out of control. Wich resumes in tourists not buying any, not going to the à la carte restaurant. There are a lot of places for foods and drinks in the neighbourhood.

Bar staff and maintenance staff excellent, nice, very friendly and English speaking mostly, pools clean and ok. Reception staff rather average...WiFi almost doesn't exist (only near the reception where u encounter crowds of kids playing o line) so if u think about checking sth there, just forget it, hotel manager ...no comment and rooms still remember 90's including AC. I'm not saying it's bad but I felt a bit disappointed with a few points in folders description. Luckily I'm not the one who stays in the hotel during holidays.

This is the perfect Apart Hotel for families. The four (!!!) pools are incredible, the water slides are very good and the location is convenient. With two buildings and the "active area" between them it has a very smart interior. Even when all rooms are fully booked, the area doesn't seem busy, you can get a good sunbed and the pools have enough room to 'breathe'. The restaurant is definitely worth visiting. It's very clean, the food is very very good and the service is friendly, attentive and active. Try the specials, such as the special beef dish by Cengiz. It will really blow your mind and it's prepared at your table with fire. Also their cocktails are awesome.

Great hotel apartments, a little old and NOT the newest interiør but cheap with Big rooms and a Great swimmingpool area. A lot of Space around you.

Unbelievably Helpful, and very service minded and an easy stay!
We got a room on the 7th floor, as we checked in late, we went down the morning after and spoke to them and were moved to the 2nd floor as I have poor walking. The rooms are large and spacious and very different but clean and neat.
We got extra "duvet" without any problems.
They have an outdoor swimming pool.
Their stairs down to the pool unfortunately have a black roof which gets incredibly hot in the sun and it doesn't go all the way up or down, so getting down to the pool/bar area is a bit of a challenge.
Besides that, both ladders are loose in the adult pool. One more than the other, which is very detracting in my view.
Plenty of sunbeds, and high service in terms of food and drink.
The bar stays open for a long time and they make good non-alcoholic drinks.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not have a patch but solved the problem in the best way. Whatever we have come up with, they have done their best.
Some speak better English than others. But there are staff who speak fluent English you can get hold of.
All in all a lovely stay.

A nice and clean hotel that lives up to its price.
You must be aware that it is close to a very busy road - just opposite the police station!
In the same way, you must be aware that you may only enjoy food and drink in the common areas, which are bought at the bar (ie not water / soda, etc. from the supermarket)
Wifii can only be used at the reception and occasionally by the pool - it is not possible to buy the room.
Air conditioning in the room costs 5 € / day and only works when the key is in the socket and it is not possible to get an extra key.
The staff are very friendly and helpful - but with limited English skills.
Taxi is just across the road and fixed price to the center is 50 Turkish Lira.
We were a company of 10 people aged from 10 months to 65 years and especially the small pools for the kids and the play area make it suitable for family holidays.
Breakfast at the hotel is a bit boring buffet - but the rooms have a fridge that runs regardless of the key and there is basic service (but not dish brush / soap / cloths) and the staff does not do the dishes. (a little tip seems to help though)
Remember to bring hand soap and water for toothbrushing etc - especially if you arrive at night!
