incredibly bad and dirty rooms, dirty sheets. basic things like water, tea, coffee and kettle are not available, it is an extra cost. ac is extra in the middle of summer. you can hear everything through the rooms, when the neighbor snores or farts it feels like it is next to you. far to the beach about 1.3 kilometers away in the heat it feels like an eternity. the staff wants you to leave a review they are ready to cry. we booked an economy room there were no other options but the hotel was empty we were shoved into a small building behind what was shown in the picture, shabby and forgotten. we chose to pay for an upgrade and guess what, it was exactly the same room but at the front, when I add the cost I could have booked a 5 star hotel.

What I noticed is that they want to make as much money as possible from 1 customer for everything you asked for like water and coffee they wanted to pay for. When you enter the hotel there are lots of signs warning about extra charges, cleaning after 3.4 days, is there no cleaning every day at the hotel? Or maybe this is not a hotel but a hostel? People named Ömer and Adnan who are said to be the owners turn a deaf ear when you want to complain about something that is a basis for running a hotel, the answer you get is you get what you pay for? It wasn't 100 lira straight away, I paid 4000 lira for a room, for that money I could have booked an all inclusive hotel, when I wanted a refund to check out earlier they refused to pay back, so we were forced to stay at this crappy hostel. I also didn't get a receipt for my payment, I should have noticed when it wasn't possible to pay by card but they directed me to the ATM around the corner. I wouldn't even ask my worst enemy to come here.

I came to this hotel with an expectation of having really good holiday. What lured me in, were the reviews online and the descriptions that fit into the needs of me and my family who stayed with me. Unfortunately the moment we get there, the reality hit us. No air conditioning in the lobby, but that we could live without. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room, if you wanted to use for both bedroom and living area you had to pay additional price for the one in living area. The cleaning of the room, or the lack of to be completely honest in this case was something we were shocked. For a week long stay, we had our room cleaned once and our towels changed once. The hygiene of this place was questionable. We had to go down to the lobby every single time a toilet paper finished and we were told that the cleaning lady should be giving it to us also - which never happened. If you looking for fancy dinner or at least sth that’s not portioned for you to eat - don’t come here. The food was the same every single day and if you didn’t come when the dinner starts, after 30 minutes all what was left for you was mostly veggies. The main dish on dinner also was portioned by one of the stuff members, so you couldn’t get more even if you wanted to. Honestly after staying there I know why the place has such good reviews. The manager of this hotel comes up to you, asking if he can show you sth on Google Maps and then he puts all 5 stars under his hotel by himself. After first day we knew we couldn’t stay long here. So we spend every single day mostly outside and came only back at night for some sleep. If you are thinking of choosing this place, I would recommend not to. Even if the price is appealing 😓

Read the reality. these people are scammers. all reviews written are forced by staff. they want you to give a review on the first day. what have you seen? all they want is to milk your money, money is their religion no human feelings or empathy. everywhere in the hotel it says we charge you for bad use, okay do it but when you say it is broken they say we will fix it, but you are charged for it is forgotten, in which hotel do they demand money for AC use? I forced the AC control on me and this after 1.5 months. in this heat and humidity the AC is a service for the customer who pays for a room, the control should be in the room not the reception. I lived here 3 months because every month they increased the rent, I said nothing thinking okay it is high season surely it is...but the more I was in the country I learned what everything costs. in turkey the electricity cost for a 2+1 is about 700 lira, the electricity cost is 2.5 lira for 1 kw. I took pictures of the electricity meters from june 13 to july 25. I had already paid 1500 lira for 1 month. if you do it in european currency it sounds okay but for turkish use it is a 2.5 month cost. had a deposit of 5000 lira, they say we will pay it back when you check out, forget it, you don't get 1 lira from these people. the owner who is there 24 hours, disappears doesn't want to have a discussion, blames the poor employees who are sitting at the reception. every day there is a fight with someone who is going to check out, I thought they wouldn't do that to me they can even speak turkish. but these people have no shame in their body no honor unfortunately. there is so much more i want to write, but not enough with all the deception. avoid coming here, enlighten everyone with the reality. what happens to me happens to you the moment you come here. there is not 1 satisfied customer who has left here. openly discussing them in front of other customers. i thought they wouldn't happen to me but on the day of check out this is exactly what happened.

We stayed at this hotel for a week in a standard room with breakfast only and here are our impressions:
First of all, the environment of the hotel appeared outworn and poor. When checking into the room, the employee gave us the room key and the air conditioner remote control, but suddenly another employee took it and we were told that the air conditioner costs (7-8 eur per day). We were very surprised, because this was not mentioned when booking the trip. Nobody guided us to the room or helped with our luggage, nor explained anything about the accommodations.

We got a mini suite with a bedroom and a living room. The bedroom is quite tight with two suitcases, sometimes you had to push yourself to get through, but it wasn't too much of a problem. The furniture in the rooms is old and dirty, the glass table is smudged, a blanket was spread over the sofa for some reason, and there were white and yellow stains on the bed linen. Not to add the old stains on walls, mold all over the place. The mini bar was completely empty, there were not even bottles of water for brushing teeth (we were told at the reception that we need to pay for drinks and water), drinking glasses of course were absent. Air conditioner is only in the bedroom. The shower barely worked, we had to twist the hose until it started to spray normally. On the balcony the dryer rod was broken and hung loose, previously “fixed” with adhesive tape.
It is also worth noting that the room was not fully cleaned before our arrival, because there were hair clumps on the floor and on the headboard of the bed, and there was still garbage from other visitors in the trash can. At the reception, we asked them to clean our room, they promised to clean it, but when we returned in the evening, we found exactly the same mess. In general, the cleaning of the rooms is very poor, because they came to clean it max 3 times during the week, and the cleaning is dismissive and careless - just giving an impression of it. The surfaces were not cleaned and there was still dirt on the floor, also there was a sticker on the shower ledge in a prominent place and it stayed there for days. If the towels were hanging in the balcony, the cleaners wouldn’t take them, so maybe 4 towels accumulated at our place. The bedding was changed, but once it had a large yellow stain placed near the head.

Breakfast was the same every day. Boiled eggs which were sometimes normal, other times uncooked and fully runny, fried potatoes dry and tasteless, puff pastry cakes, jam and butter in packets, baguettes and buns, cereal with milk, cheeses and sausage, vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, sometimes salad), watermelon. We had an egg or muffins with butter/jam every day because they were always fresh and soft. Later, we regretted that we took the hotel's breakfast, when we could have eaten much tastier food in the city for the same price.
Ending on a higher note, we liked the location of the hotel because we found everything we needed around: restaurants, shops, currency exchange, bakery, etc. It is a short walk to the sea, about 10 minutes. This is probably the biggest advantage of this hotel.

To summarize our experience, we can say that this hotel is good for people who want to travel and be in the city a lot, and then have a place to sleep. If you for some reason decide to go to this hotel - please make sure to not get breakfast or any food offer, because you will find better and tastier food in a nearby store or cafes for basically the same price. The hotel deserves a maximum of 2 stars, and not 4, as stated in the description. They need to change the quality of room service and food, and also stop asking for money from every additional basic service (water and air conditioner).
