I stayed at this hotel for 7 days, and my experience was disappointing. On the 3rd day, I found blood on the duvet and reported it to the staff. They took it away to wash it, but I never received a clean one back, despite asking multiple times. I ended up sleeping without proper bedding for the rest of my stay, which was both uncomfortable and unacceptable.

To make things worse, I was charged extra for air conditioning and Wi-Fi, which was never mentioned before booking. While the rest of the hotel was fine, the poor hygiene, lack of basic service, and hidden charges mean I would not recommend this place.

There are signs everywhere saying you shouldn't put towels on the beds beforehand. But it happens again every morning between 7:00 and 8:00 AM. After that, people don't lie down for hours. When you tell the staff, nothing happens.

Aside from the pool itself being quite nice (if you wake up at 04:30 to «reserve» your sunbeds), everything else is absolutely terrible. Rooms are very run down, staff is lazy and most are unfriendly. Everything costs extra inside the hotel area, even wifi and AC. Restaurant, mini shop and bar prices are sky high. First time we have been in Turkey and will for sure never return after this disappointment.

Don't come to this hotel if you are dark skinned. I've travelled around the world, but this is the most racist hotel i've ever been in. All day people from the hotel follow you around, even when you are in the pool with your children, asking for your passport and room number. The white people are not asked for their passports. So if you want a relaxing holiday as a brother or sister of colour, go to another hotel.

We had a fantastic holiday at Club Sidar Hotel with our family. The hotel has a large and lovely pool, perfect for both kids and adults. This was our fourth time staying here, and we’re still just as happy as the first time! The cleanliness was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of them speak English, which made communication easy. A special thanks to Ilkay, who provided excellent service and did everything to make sure our family had a pleasant stay. Most of the guests were Swedish, Danish, and Finnish, which created a relaxed and familiar atmosphere at the hotel. We would absolutely recommend Club Sidar Hotel to others and would definitely consider coming back!

BIG WARNING!
Everything in this hotel is so so bad!
The staff is not friendly at all. Nothing in the rooms is working. The rooms are very warm and lamps didnt work and really bad cleaning.

They try to trick you for money. VILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN!

terrible service, do not waste your time, money, your vacation will be ruined. terrible administrator who does not solve problems but is rude. They constantly try to deceive, write cocktails on the check that you did not order, say that you ruined the room so that you pay at the end upon check-out. Never come to this terrible, dirty hotel. You need to change the entire staff at the reception and the administrator. The manager is rude.

Clean hotel, great rooms for this price, very lovely staff.. Few blocks away from beach Many shops and restaurants near hotel, If want More , u need to walk like 1,5km to Midtown. I recommend this If ur gonna explore alanya, not so much If u stay at hotel whole trip.

Overall, great, new furniture, clean linen, comfortable bed. Plus, there is a heated pool. Minus - paid Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Check the booking rates in advance.
