Absolutely horrific staff kicked me and my family out first day beacause kids were playing in the pool and making a bit of noise kids were trying to have a nice time in the pool and they kicked us out we didn’t have no were to go luckily my mates from turkey sorted a place out for us to stay we was 6 families with kids ruined our holiday had to ac in the room and pool is not even theres DO NOT GOT TO THIS HOTEL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever AVOID! DO NOT COME WITH FAMILY THE STAFF WAS VERY RUDE PLUS THE AC DIDNT EVEN WORK FOR ONE OF MY ROOMS!! THE SWIMMING POOL WAS ACROSS THE ROAD NOT EVEN PART OF THE HOTEL AVOID ESPECIALLY WITH FAMILY !!!!!!

We went with 5 people. The rooms are not suitable for a large family; there is a small kitchen in the living room. When you turn on the air conditioner in the inner room, it gets cold in the room, and the one in the other living room burns. The cleanliness is good, the staff is friendly, the manager and Batuhan are attentive to solve the problems. The hotel doesn't have a generator. The biggest problem is that when the electricity goes out, life ends, there is no air conditioning, no lights. That's why we left the hotel the night before and demanded a refund even though it was their fault. There was a huge cockroach in the room, it kept climbing here and there. Unfortunately, a problem that could be solved in such a centrally located hotel is not being solved. 5 of us set off without sleep, our beautiful holiday ended in a bad mood.

When you travel with smal kids ofc there will be some spills and some marks, make some stains on the beedsheets or pillowcases. But then you need to pay ekstra for that. Thats the first time i have ever experienced that. «They cant get the stains off» well, some milk, a little chocolate gets off if you wash properly. Also sunscreen is a must in this country so if we cant sleep in our bed or sit on the bed before we checkd that we are shining and no spots left of sunscreen then what the actual …. Not happy about this at all. The next time we come to alanya we pick a hotell who know how to remove stains.

We stayed at this hotel for two weeks. It's situated close to the main bus station and close to the bazars and harbour. The rooms are spacious. It says that there is a well equipped kitchen but it lacks towels and cleaning equipment such as dishwashing detergent. It would not be a good solution if every guest should buy this every time new guests arrive. Two times we had to ask for new clean towels as they don't change them regularly. They make the beds but rarely change linnens and pillow case. The problem is that the staff speaks poorly English so it's difficult to explain the missing things to them. It's also annoying that the AC and refrigerator turns off when you leave the room. Resulted in us throwing away spoiled food after a 3 day tour to Cappadocia. The staff are polite and friendly but I wish some of them spoke a little bit better English.

i booked an apartment "as they said" for 4 pax . we were 3 but still the apartment was too small for 3 . it was perfect for 2 but not for more . at trip.com it is mentioned that thebroom is air conditioned but what you did not mention that it was 1 air condition for all the apartment which is not enough at all especially with thats silly system they have that turns off the ac if you open any window or any door . other than that reception staff was very nice , room service was kind even though i didnt understand anything on what she said neither did she since she doesnt speak except russian.
