Overall the hotel was great. Centrally located to all amenities it made it very to explore the beautiful city of Antalya. You could choose to have breakfast when you book, which makes it very easy as you can go and explore on a full stomach. Only one thing with the hotel was their beds were too small.

Positives- customer service was very good, the workers were very polite and understandable.
Nice food in reception area which is quite cheap
Located in city centre
Cleaning was done without asking for it and showed respect to belongings
Negatives-
Hotel highly lacks hygiene (especially in the toilet)
The bed sheets are dirty and the room is quite small.
The toilet isn’t nice

Everyone was very polite and friendly, breakfast was delicious and varied, I liked my stay in here, the only little problem was that water in a shower was a bit cold

Ozhan Otel is close to the historical city while being away from the crowds, if that suits. The rooms are spacious, clean, well-furnished and reasonably priced. The hosts are genial and helpful. There is a very fine breakfast buffet.

Family holiday, sleep, eat, walk, simple hotel, good service and very close to centre, bit dated but excellent price, excellent for the not so fussy

The hotel is in an excellent location. it is walking distance from the pier and old Town.

The dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Okay yes it’s cheap, but at least give a clean room to your guests. Besides this, the customer service is 0.

This was a last minute booking after an issue with another booking made. Turned up late at night with my children after seeing they had a room on booking.com. The lad at reception was excellent. Was holy to book us in instantly. Helped with arranging parking for the car. Breakfast was included which was decent and the place is very clean, no odours, clean bathroom and gave extra towels and sheets. Yes it is a little outdated and not fancy which is what we usually book but it turned out to be the best stay for the fact that it was close to old town and the kindness of the owner and the lads who work there(assuming family). Really safe and comfortable stay!
