On Hotel in Antalya

My family and I recently returned from an unforgettable stay in Antalya, and I can honestly say this hotel went above and beyond in every way. I travelled with my husband and our disabled son, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the staff treated us with such genuine care, kindness, and respect that it truly touched our hearts. The kitchen staff Kemal, Volkan, and Ridvan looked after us so well every single day. They made sure we always had hot food, cooking the meat the moment we walked up so it was perfectly fresh for us. They even sent fruits and cakes to our room without us asking for anything, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. At reception, Yasmin provided exceptional service from the start. Check-in was swift and smooth, and although I had originally booked a different room, as soon as she saw we were travelling with our disabled son, she arranged a room with an accessible bathroom at no extra cost. She also extended our checkout time until 5 pm, even though the usual checkout was at 12, allowing us to stay comfortably until our evening flight without any additional charges. The bar staff were just as wonderful, especially Mehmet, who made amazing cocktails and brought such warmth and friendliness to every interaction. I want to thank every single staff member from the bottom of my heart for making our trip so special especially for our son David. He loves travelling, and although we have faced difficulties in the past with accessibility or service at other hotels, this stay was truly faultless. We felt cared for, understood, and genuinely welcomed throughout our time there. Thank you once again from me, my husband, and our special boy David. We will treasure this experience forever and look forward to returning.

Basic hotel good location staff friendly Rooms good size amazing shower interior needs refreshing was there as bed and breakfast Did not book hotel myself was part of a dental package 3 star at most but was ok for what I needed it for room cleaned daily food was poor and cold but again was ok for what I needed Would I return yes under same circumstances

Hotel is small but very nice atmosphere nice and helpful staff. Hotel provide a free shuttle from hotel to the beach with free entry and sunbed. I would recommend this hotel.

Would have been nice if we had a balcony.
