The room was spacious, but most of the things there require some maintenance.
The best part of the hotel is the location, however it could be noisy in the evening from the beach club right in front of the hotel.
Breakfast was very basic, only boiled eggs and cold appetisers. For 3 nights I stayed, there was no coffee for breakfast, that was disappointing.

It's probably a decent hotel for the price, but there are a couple of issues that caused me to lower my rating:
1. There was some kind of malfunction in the bathroom, causing the entire floor to be flooded, quite heavily. I brought this issue to the manager's attention, but they didn't fix it, despite their promise. Overall, the renovations are shabby.
2. The food and coffee are unappealing. It's better to remove the meal plan than to offer food of this quality.

Pros:
1. Step out and you're right on the beach.
2. Friendly staff.
3. Clear navigation and 24/7 access.

The hotel is in a very nice and busy area, right near the beach and boardwalk. Breakfast was not like other hotels and rooms needed some renovations.

Great hotel for a small price. The price / performance ratio is very good. Located right on the promenade, 50 meters from the beach. There is also a very nice park with playgrounds and sports grounds on the embankment. The breakfasts are monotonous, but good, the restaurant is located on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the sea and mountains. There is a small grocery store on the ground floor. The staff are friendly. Towels were changed in the room every day. The bed linen is clean and the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower compartment. Clean, no mold.

Even though we bought an economical room, they gave the sea view without any difference. The staff is concerned. Ideal for a few nights stay. The music you open alone at breakfast gives a somewhat tavern atmosphere at 9 in the morning.
