Jack guest relations got us a place at the Italian restaurant as we was on the waiting list! The only negative is the hair salon husband was well over charged for hair cut shave and face mask 80£

Sadly I we was getting a spar package and I was getting a blow dry not now ‘! It will not stop me rebooking with jet 2 for next year we will just not use the salon and spar again

Anywhere in the UK or Europe in budget hotels there is never a bellboy or any real room service but you pay much higher rates. Antalya has 5 star hotels also but they cost much more than this place

I had no issues with the cleaning lady; she was quite friendly, and despite the limited language, she made sure we had everything we needed and the room was tidy. I didn't see any issues with anything, really

The only downside to notice was the water bottles , you have to buy after the first 2 free ones you get in first day , also because of the long history of the place some of the aminities in the room needs some fixation like the toilet watering , we didn't ask for fixation of the problem because we were in hurry to go to next destination or else I think they would fix the problem as soon as we told...

We stayed at City Live Antalya for 4 nights and 5 days. The positives: the room was spacious, the air conditioning worked well, cleaning was done properly, and towels and bed linen were changed regularly

Clean hotel, optimally located when arriving from the airport, plenty of room amenities, very local yet appetising breakfast every day, professional yet kind staff all over and a taxi in two minutes takes you to the mall for €4 (₺161 TRY) in five minutes, from which the Mediterranean old town is a 5 minute walk

The other side of the coin is that it is by the road and noice of traffic can be heard, and the guest needs to take tram to reach the city center. The breakfast was great with freshly baked bakeries and tasty hot dishes

The hotel is in a quiet residential area, and the room was spacious. The bathroom was spotless, and there's a small kitchen which was very convenient for cooking. There's also a washing machine for laundry

The hotel is quite close to the airport, and a taxi costs around 500 Turkish lira if you use the meter. The location is very convenient, the area is clean and quiet, and public transportation is easy to reach

The view is good, not far from the beach, all is great, except the bathroom is old, the sink water goes everywhere so you have to be careful when open it.

My only complaint is there were clicking noises all night that were probably coming from elevator, and the bathroom was EXTREMELY TIGHT!! It felt like they managed to fit a shower, sink and toilet into a space that felt like it was about 5feet × 5 feet

My father could barely fill in there. However, there are bigger showers in the gym that you can use. You can always find something to eat. And the food in the cafe was good as well. Great location not far from the sea

We stayed here for a week in Sep 2025. I was warried about the sofa but it was big enough for a 164 cm person. The room was clean however the only disappointment is a shower size. The shower cabin is really tiny
