Reception helpful.
I found my room clean but on ınspectıon ıt needed a deeper clean. Months of dust hangıng around the back of the kettle/tea/coffee area. I realısed the floor hadnt been mopped atall bedore checkıng ın when ı saw the dırty bottom of my slıppers after two days. I didnt let thıs spoil my stay and ıs the only thıng that effected my ratıng of thıs otherwıse nıce Hotel.
You get zero service-literally, you have to do everything yourself. Room service? Forget it- they don't clean properly.
THE RESTAURANT IS A DISASTER. Don't even think about ordering food. I'd rather starve than eat there. They actually served RAW chicken in a burger-the taste is still haunting me.
If your tour agency tries to book you here, fight to get moved to another hotel. Staying here is a nightmare- its dangerous for your stomach and your sanity!
People panties still the draws
The staff unfriendly. We asked for coffee and the man at the front desk said " No closed " then some guest arrived who could speak turikish and he made them coffee . So we asked again and he replied - no closed.
The room was not serviced during our 2 night stay
Only provided a 2 sheets . The sheets where too small for the bed so we ended up sleeping on the mattress as the sheet did not fit the bed . The pillows whete terrible
