Absolutely Disgraceful Experience – Avoid at All Costs!

I stayed at Qinn Hotel in Antalya for a special occasion — our first anniversary and my wife's birthday. We booked the Elite Suite specifically for the private hot tub, paying £1,160 for 4 nights for what was advertised as a premium experience. What we got was far from it.
The hot tub was completely non-functional - lukewarm water, only 1 of the 12 jets worked - and when we called for help, the technician bluntly told us “it's not working, not possible to fix.” No attempt was made to resolve this - we were essentially left with a cold bathtub. If we had known this in advance, we would have booked a standard room saving about £800 or chosen a different hotel entirely.
The suite itself was in terrible condition: cold showers/broken showerhead, broken toilet seats, cracked mirrors, worn-out paint, and even a cockroach in the bathroom. The rooms were advertised as soundproofed, but noise from neighboring rooms kept us awake every night, leaving us unable to get decent sleep. Housekeeping/maintenance were not up to any acceptable standard.
Despite multiple complaints, the hotel denied any wrongdoing and claimed they took action which is simply not true.
If you're considering staying here, make absolutely sure the hot tub works - ideally before booking. This hotel is not 4-star by any stretch, and I would never recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing or romantic getaway.
