I visited in March so the pool area wasn’t open yet, which was a little disappointing, but it looked like a great space to enjoy during the warmer months

The coastline nearby has beautiful cliffs and sea views, although there isn’t a traditional beach area right next to the hotel. Overall, this is a very clean, modern hotel with fantastic staff and a great location

My first room had a balcony facing a wall, but when I asked about moving I was able to switch to a sea view room for my last two nights. The views were lovely and I really appreciated the change

The hotel itself is pristine and appears to have been recently renovated, with a modern and stylish feel. Everything was very clean and well maintained

The location is very convenient, in a lively area with plenty of shops, coffee shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance

I would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone visiting the area as part of a dental treatment package or short stay

The best hotel in its segments. and all the the cleaning staff. thank you for your hospitality. By the way for those who are travelling to Antalya. if you go to the beach they charge about 40 TRY for sunbed and umbrella

There’s also a pool (currently closed for the season) and a lovely patio with a chimney, which felt incredibly welcoming during a heavy rain

They were always ready to help, offered great suggestions for places to eat and explore, and really made our stay feel special. While the hotel doesn’t offer lunch or dinner, their breakfast is definitely worth getting

The rooms are a bit old, but that’s part of the historic character of the building, so don’t expect modern luxury—expect comfort, warmth, and a homey feel. The staff were absolutely phenomenal

The MAIN CON is the noise until midnight. We were tired and wanted to rest, but we had to wait for the music and dancing from the restaurants outside to die down

The hotel listing is also misleading: despite the photos and name of the 'hotel and spa', there is no sauna, no pool, and no steam room. Guests booking here should know that what’s advertised is not what you actually get

Find out the address in advance so you don't have to search for it in the morning like we did

Hi, the value for money is excellent. The location is really good, the staff are very friendly and cheerful. Breakfast is plentiful, with new options every day. Housekeeping works perfectly❤️

Overall, this was good value for money. Unfortunately, we couldn’t really take advantage of the proximity of the ocean as weather wasn’t great and it’s a bit far from Old Town Antalya but an easy tram ride

I was expecting a slightly better hotel from the hotel photos. The hotel furniture is quite old, the cleaning issue is also on the borderline, I was torn between whether to check out of the hotel or not

The location of the hotel is very good, right next to the sea and the breakfasts were enjoyable with this view, the breakfast items were also quite good, this is the only good part of the hotel

If the hotel is priced around 2000 TL/night, it will get what it deserves, a different hotel can be chosen for more than that. The hotel owner should be a little more involved

Hotel staff was very nice and helpful especially Süleyman. I travelled alone as a female and he was helpful with taxis and made sure I feel safe.

The location and cleanliness were good, the room was adequate, it was really great, don't expect too much variety in breakfast for this price, but an adequate breakfast could only be this good for this price.

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, comfy and spacious beds, big rooms, powerful showers only thing I would say is the rooms could do with a toaster in and same at breakfast English love a good piece of toast, cant fault this hotel at all the cleaning staff were amazing, convenient stores are open 24/7, 5 min walk to the beach, restaurants and shops close to hotel of every pallette

It was a nice experience, the hospitality of the people and the kindness was an important piece. The room was big enough for the 3 people that we were. It included breakfast and has a fairly large pool

Check-in was swift and smooth, and although I had originally booked a different room, as soon as she saw we were travelling with our disabled son, she arranged a room with an accessible bathroom at no extra cost

The kitchen staff Kemal, Volkan, and Ridvan looked after us so well every single day. They made sure we always had hot food, cooking the meat the moment we walked up so it was perfectly fresh for us

They even sent fruits and cakes to our room without us asking for anything, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture. At reception, Yasmin provided exceptional service from the start

She also extended our checkout time until 5 pm, even though the usual checkout was at 12, allowing us to stay comfortably until our evening flight without any additional charges

The bar staff were just as wonderful, especially Mehmet, who made amazing cocktails and brought such warmth and friendliness to every interaction

He loves travelling, and although we have faced difficulties in the past with accessibility or service at other hotels, this stay was truly faultless

The breakfast was also excellent and very plentiful! The owner is a really good person; my friend had a severe allergic reaction and he helped us call a car to take us to the nearest hospital

It's a family-run hotel, and the owners are all so friendly! On my first day, the shower head broke, but they said there was no problem and immediately replaced it with a new one

The hotel's location is super convenient, right in the heart of the old city. They have a parking spot, but you need to let them know in advance so they can reserve it for you

We also loved the pool! The owner booked us a hot air balloon ride which was amazing. The hotel is in a quiet place, and is not surrounded by other hotels or restaurants, which we loved

But it is only a 5 minute walk up into town. We'd definitely recommend this hotel if you're headed to Pamukkale to see Hieropolis and the travertine pools

Nice, clean and cheap. Call them and ask for the price per night and make a reservation yourself, because prices online are more expensive. I was able to get a room for 90TL (~16$) vs 35$ listed price online.

Breakfast was at 7:30 AM, and the hotel also had a parking lot, with parking available right outside the door. Not all staff members spoke English, so be aware. Foreign SIM cards may not have a good signal

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Mandalin. We loved the owners, great characters. The room was really big, the bed really comfortable, the bathroom was fine, good shower actually

The location is excellent, near the port. It's a relatively old hotel, and the front desk staff were very polite and friendly. They even gave us a complimentary can of chilled Coke and Sprite

It's very conveniently located, close to many attractions, there are a couple of inexpensive beaches nearby, and the breakfasts are delicious and filling

It was a three hundred monastery. I like to stay on the old houses. But the music from the club is too loud

Because it is in the old town, the toilets had an odor from the sewers. The hotel's solution was to spray air freshener. The breakfast was not a buffet and the portions were large, but the taste was just average

The resort hotels are too far away in my opinion to experience Antalya, easily and cost effectively, this hotel provides the ability to do so. It does well to achieve three star and provides adequate sleep

We got a triple room because there were no doubles available. The room is large, but the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear your neighbors. The window is in an alcove in the corner, overlooking the next window

The neighbors apparently smoked, and all the smoke came into our room. We slept well, but it was difficult to ventilate the room. The breakfast is okay; you won't go hungry. I definitely won't come back again

Lovely hotel with charm in a great location. Easy to reach from the airport (5 minutes from tram stop); a great base for discovering Antalya by foot. Courtyard is comfortable and relaxing, complete with cats and turtles!

It is near a street where restaurants and bars are gathered, so you can hear music until about midnight. There are earplugs in the room, but I didn't mind it much if I closed the window

The property is an old mansion originally owned by a Greek family with a lovely inner courtyard and swimming pool. We had a big room with high ceilings in the original building. The highpoint of the day was the breakfast

I stayed here for one night on the way from Goreme to Kaş. Take the tram from Otogar to the airport, get off at İstempaşa and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk

This was a very nice and cosy hotel in the heart of Gamla Stan, with a hearty breakfast, clean and interesting rooms and a super friendly and service minded staff that helped us with everything and even treated us to some tea in the evenings

Located 2 mins walk from the beach, I came as solo female, felt really safe and staff was fantastic, lovely clean room with balcony and lovely restaurant with great choice of food and drink which is open until 11pm, breakfast is a buffet with lots to choose from, hotel staff helped me so much with ordering me taxi’s, showing me where to exchange money and the lovely lady even booked me in the hairdressers...

Very friendly, special shout out to Adil. They did do something's that were suitable for dental patients. Prices were reasonable as well. we ate out a lot when we were there but if you're on a budget you'll be fine

2 single beds which were quite comfy tbh. The bathroom was small with a shower cubicle but again it was adequate for me. Small wardrobe situated near door. It had a TV but was all in Turkish

This didn't bother me as I wasn't here to watch TV! Kettle and fridge also in room. The downstairs bar was open to the road so could get cold at night. The bar staff were excellent though

The swimming pool was really nice and perfect for a chill break. I was traveling solo and felt totally safe the whole time. The WiFi worked great for remote work and online meetings, which was a big plus

Second time for me to stay there after 2 years, same place, same service, nice people and good breakfast with clean rooms, 7-9mins walk to beach and 12 mins walk to bus station to go anywhere in antalya

We stayed on the 4th floor, and every evening when we came back, the lights in the stairwell on our floor only either didn’t work or flickered. We had to climb in complete darkness or use our phone flashlights

It felt like someone had just sprayed air freshener all over the bed five minutes before we checked in, and it hadn’t even dried. The towel set: one large and one small towel per person

Clearly, this is just another way for the hotel to cut costs, but it’s extremely uncomfortable when you’re sharing a room. Upon arrival, we were greeted with damp sheets and wet pillows

There were three of us, and let me start by saying: the rooms in this hotel are absolutely not designed for three people. They were tiny, suitable only for two at most

While the narrow one way road to the hotel and parking was a bit challenging, it was still a very good experience. Booked family room for 5 which has two rooms and two washrooms. That made the hotel stay convenient

particularly Tom whom I hope gets some recognition from management for his customer service and caring nature! Nothing is to much trouble for him, having staff like that makes your stay easier when your going through dental surgery

This is our second visit this year as I’ve travelled here for dental work, the hotel is very clean lovely location. although the breakfast doesn’t have a vast selection it’s more than adequate

Very friendly staff, i have stayed at this hotel twice now for dental work and I can’t speak highly! Everything from breakfast to the cleaners/staff etc is 10/10 very cheap for drinks and in a great area with many food places just a few mins walk from the hotel
