This is a lovely boutique hotel in a great location, friendly reception staff who are all very helpful, The hotel is spotless 10 out of 10 to the wonderful lady who services the rooms she is just lovely, great continental style breakfast prepared by another lovely lady, tea coffee & biscuits available all day, we will see you again

breakfast was fresh and tasty and staff were lovely,outside was cafes,restraunts and shops/supermarkets and a medical dispensary so everything could possibly need

Stayed in room 307 from 14th february till 24th february and very pleased with my stay

In the evening there was another employee who confirmed my order - he said that breakfast would be waiting for me at 5 in the morning. in the morning there were no employees and there was no breakfast

The resort hotels are too far away in my opinion to experience Antalya, easily and cost effectively, this hotel provides the ability to do so. It does well to achieve three star and provides adequate sleep

The location is good; it's a 10-15 minute walk to Hadrian's Gate, the Carey historic district, and the tram stop to the airport. The room facilities are basic but clean

We got a triple room because there were no doubles available. The room is large, but the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear your neighbors. The window is in an alcove in the corner, overlooking the next window

The neighbors apparently smoked, and all the smoke came into our room. We slept well, but it was difficult to ventilate the room. The breakfast is okay; you won't go hungry. I definitely won't come back again

Located 2 mins walk from the beach, I came as solo female, felt really safe and staff was fantastic, lovely clean room with balcony and lovely restaurant with great choice of food and drink which is open until 11pm, breakfast is a buffet with lots to choose from, hotel staff helped me so much with ordering me taxi’s, showing me where to exchange money and the lovely lady even booked me in the hairdressers...

Room was a good size and comfortable, very clean and in a great location. Staff are really friendly and helpful.

Very friendly, special shout out to Adil. They did do something's that were suitable for dental patients. Prices were reasonable as well. we ate out a lot when we were there but if you're on a budget you'll be fine

2 single beds which were quite comfy tbh. The bathroom was small with a shower cubicle but again it was adequate for me. Small wardrobe situated near door. It had a TV but was all in Turkish

This didn't bother me as I wasn't here to watch TV! Kettle and fridge also in room. The downstairs bar was open to the road so could get cold at night. The bar staff were excellent though

Lovely hotel with charm in a great location. Easy to reach from the airport (5 minutes from tram stop); a great base for discovering Antalya by foot. Courtyard is comfortable and relaxing, complete with cats and turtles!

It is near a street where restaurants and bars are gathered, so you can hear music until about midnight. There are earplugs in the room, but I didn't mind it much if I closed the window

The property is an old mansion originally owned by a Greek family with a lovely inner courtyard and swimming pool. We had a big room with high ceilings in the original building. The highpoint of the day was the breakfast

I stayed here for one night on the way from Goreme to Kaş. Take the tram from Otogar to the airport, get off at İstempaşa and it takes less than 5 minutes to walk

This was a very nice and cosy hotel in the heart of Gamla Stan, with a hearty breakfast, clean and interesting rooms and a super friendly and service minded staff that helped us with everything and even treated us to some tea in the evenings

The swimming pool was really nice and perfect for a chill break. I was traveling solo and felt totally safe the whole time. The WiFi worked great for remote work and online meetings, which was a big plus

The room rates are exceptionally priced. The staff who work at the hotel are very kind and generous. The hotel is located in a perfect place in Old Town within walking distance of everything you need

Breakfast in the garden was great, with a plate of boiled egg, cucumber, tomato, mortadella, different cheeses, basket of bread, olives, butter, honey and 2 jams, all delicious, plus tea or coffee and orange juice

The Ninova hotel is very conveniently located and geographically is close to everything you need basically in the center of the Old Town. Municipal beach is 15 minutes on the tram or bus

Breakfast is included and is served from 8-10 AM It is quite decent, they usually serve scrambled eggs, tomatoes, olives, coffee, tea, potatoes, pancakes with jam and so on

Max at the reception was very welcoming and let us check in earlier, which is much appreciated. The room was spacious for the 4 of us, with 2 separate sides and 2 TVs

Beautiful ottoman style house in the centre of kaleiçi, very close to Hadrian Gate, but at the same time a very quiet area, perfect for a good night sleep

Daily room service is tolerable but they are knocking on the door too early to perform its ritual usually at 10AM when I am still in bed

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to various tourist attractions and walking areas. The room is relatively large, with free parking, a very rich breakfast, and excellent service

While the narrow one way road to the hotel and parking was a bit challenging, it was still a very good experience. Booked family room for 5 which has two rooms and two washrooms. That made the hotel stay convenient

Nice hotel, wery good location. The stuff speaks english. Owner is nice men. The pretty and positive doggy meet you when you arrive to the hotel:) Some problems with hot water, need to wait 3-5 minutes.

Second time for me to stay there after 2 years, same place, same service, nice people and good breakfast with clean rooms, 7-9mins walk to beach and 12 mins walk to bus station to go anywhere in antalya

We stayed on the 4th floor, and every evening when we came back, the lights in the stairwell on our floor only either didn’t work or flickered. We had to climb in complete darkness or use our phone flashlights

It felt like someone had just sprayed air freshener all over the bed five minutes before we checked in, and it hadn’t even dried. The towel set: one large and one small towel per person

Clearly, this is just another way for the hotel to cut costs, but it’s extremely uncomfortable when you’re sharing a room. Upon arrival, we were greeted with damp sheets and wet pillows

There were three of us, and let me start by saying: the rooms in this hotel are absolutely not designed for three people. They were tiny, suitable only for two at most

The hotel is small but very clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The rooms could be a little bigger, but they are comfortable and kept spotless every day by the housekeeping staff

Visited for follow up dental treatment, i looked at reviews prior to arrival and was hesitant , I should not have worried,great value there was good AC , linen fresh and crisp , towels plump, mattress good, i was not a fan of the pillows but managed for my time there, amenities are all there in the bathroom not the greatest but very usable, (yes im a snob lol) all the people i came across seemed to...

particularly Tom whom I hope gets some recognition from management for his customer service and caring nature! Nothing is to much trouble for him, having staff like that makes your stay easier when your going through dental surgery

This is our second visit this year as I’ve travelled here for dental work, the hotel is very clean lovely location. although the breakfast doesn’t have a vast selection it’s more than adequate

Very friendly staff, i have stayed at this hotel twice now for dental work and I can’t speak highly! Everything from breakfast to the cleaners/staff etc is 10/10 very cheap for drinks and in a great area with many food places just a few mins walk from the hotel

A marvelous stay in the center of Kaleiçi The hotel is a jewel and so is its staff. Nothing is too good for the guests

If to speak about breakfast, they are very simple (eggs, cucumber, tomatoes, cheese, bread, tea). Rooms : the view is awesome! Speaking about the rest of facilities- clean and modest, good for spending nights

I advise this hotel for their location and terrace. Ideal place for a couple of days placed in the old city with close proximity to every sightseeing

The thing I loved the most was the hotel's central location, which was an ideal base for discovering the local attractions, with easy access to vibrant markets, historic sites, and the local stunning landscapes

A fairly cheap option. The room is already tired, but it's fine for one night. It's not worth staying longer.

I paid for a room with 2 adults on Trip.com but was made to pay an extra 750 Turkish Lira because one of the adults was a Turkish citizen. This is terribly poor and nonsensical service.

Some items listed in the inventory (e. the iron) were not actually provided. The bed sheets were very old (full of lint and pilling) and did not fit our mattress, so they kept sliding off, which was extremely annoying

Swimming pool is 140cm deep so it's great even for those who can't swim. Would book again if I was to visit Antalya in future

This hotel is located in an ideal location in the old town with everything accessible rooms are basic but dont let that stop you from staying here the staff and owner was always on hand should I need anything on day of check out I asked if I could keep my room on till I had to go to the airport and instantly said yes asked if this would be any extra and was told no this is totally free 😀 when I come...

+ the staff! We were greeted very warmly (the girl speaks Russian and English), our room was free, they checked us in 2 hours early without extra charges, when checking out for half a day they allowed us to leave our bags at the reception

The hotel was everything we could have hoped for: large clean room, good breakfasts and especially, fantastic staff. The location is the best with everything close by whilst being just off the busy main streets

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Pool and pool towels provided were good. Location in old town was excellent. Plenty of shops and places to eat and drink nearby.

Almost all guests were from different countries, mostly families and couples. Me and my 5 y/o sun enjoyed our stay where he played with other kids and had fun in the pool

We had a wonderful stay at Esperanza Hotel in Antalya! The hotel is very conveniently located — close to both the airport and the sea. The rooms are always spotlessly clean, and the food is tasty and varied

Esperanza hotel has the friendliest staff. The rooms and beds are clean and comfortable. The balcony is a nice added feature overlooking the town or pool. The buffets are 3 times a day and are very fresh and healthy

The pool is just the right size with a relaxing atmosphere of soft music and quiet surroundings

The only minor complaint people may have is a lack of elevator or bigger room but all of those are fast forgotten with fully clean rooms, sheets, delicious food and absolutely amazing staff

We'd booked into a nearby hotel; when we arrived there at 8pm we found it had been closed down! So we tried the Esperanza hotel and have no regrets

The staff are eager to help arrange transport for shopping trips to the old town if you ask,also helped us arrange a trip to a spa with turkish bath,a must do! There are a few cats which "live" close by,dont touch the blonde/ginger one,its not friendly

Although Mama ( I named her during our stay)- the black one, is a little sweetheart,shes due kittens so I would love to see pics of her babies on the website or Instagram page😍 I would 100% recommend this hotel for a short break

Spent a lovely week at Char Me in October run by Nurcan and her family. We have rarely encountered such a friendly and helpful team in our years of travelling

We booked three apartments for our family reunion and it was perfect for us! The location is superb: five minutes to the beach, nice restaurants and coffee shops around, a great park with playgrounds, easy drive to the old town, etc

We stayed in April with kids and we find the location just perfect. Everything is close: beach, many different types of restaurants, playgrounds, small shops, taxi, currency exchange, bus stops

I’m from Australia and I stayed here for almost two months. It’s has everything one could wish for, cleanliness, service, staff and management, location, large living and bedroom. Air con in both the lounge and bedroom

Apartment sofa was little over used to have best sleep. Lots of restaurants all around. Is noicy area cause of all the functions around even in offseason Value for money in offseason was excellent

For a 3 star hotel Thai accommodation hit the spot. Me and my girlfriend needed a spontaneous getaway and for the location and a room with our own jacuzzi the price was excellent
