The food was fantastic and had something for everyone (I travelled with the pickiest of eaters and she still had a full plate every night) don’t let the theme nights put you off there’s always a corner with a burger and chips! Evening entertainment was great for kids and then could move onto the pool bar for music and entertainment for adults

This hotel is absolutely amazing, as a family we couldn’t fault it, you couldn’t ask for more. Plenty of snacks bars, restaurants, bars & sunbeds. Staff are lovely, entertainment team are great

This hotel was incredible loved coming at this time of year as a fair skinned guest it was enough sun but very easy to locate a parasol and the pool bar

I highly recommend anyone staying at the resort to make an appointment, money well spent! To summarize my experience staff were extremely friendly & professional, & the facilities were very well maintained

Restaurants 8/10 not a lot choice, maybe because not the session. Gardens 10/10 Pools and slides were closed because winter

From the first to last minute, it was an amazing holiday with good memories. Thanks to friendly and always ready to help staff. Foods were well above our expectations. Especially the deserts were like piece of art

More about the disabled: in the restaurant, on the beach and in the pool there are places marked with a wheelchair icon. You can take them, but no one forbids you to use any other

We stayed from May 24 to May 30, 2025 We liked absolutely everything: Spacious rooms, large territory, huge swimming pools, nimble waiters in restaurants

There is a special wheelchair on the beach with wide wheels. We used all of them The guests are very different - from babies to pensioners. To communicate with the staff, you need English, although some speak Russian

I know this is out of the control of workers but, it is super crowded even though we did only come in June. This inevitably does reduce the amount of level of customer service slightly due to large numbers of people

There were separate ones: for vegans, with pickles, with cheeses, with spices, with jams, as well as with national cuisine, some region of Turkey. For 6 days, we never ate the same thing twice

Food, service and public areas are very nice. But the room even when it was a junior suite is old and the furniture was broken everywhere. But definitely the service and people are exceptional

The 'fruit hut' was a really cool idea. In the evenings, there was a lounge cafe on the beach with a pleasant waiter. The beach was large and comfortable. Quick and easy transfer from the airport

Loads of kids everywhere, happily playing. It felt like they outnumbered the adults. Even in the adults-only (16+) zone, there were guests with infants, and no one seemed to say anything

On Saturday, the disco at the neighboring hotel was so loud you couldn't fall asleep before 11:30 PM. Overall, the hotel is good – the food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic

The table service even skates. Nice sandy-rocky beach with sunbeds and a pier with a bar on the Mediterranean Sea. Frequent shows and live music which I loved. Music by the pools and a little more peace on the beach

We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails

We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack

Our rooms were cleaned beautifully but the towels were thin and well used. The beach towels were like rags and definitely needed replacing. There were a lot of broken sunbeds too

The resort also has crèche and babysitting facilities; we used it once for an hour so we could enjoy the spa, and the staff were fantastic in keeping our son engaged and happy

The hotel’s private beach is only a short walk away and was lovely always plenty of space, great service, and the convenience of ordering food right on the beach

A special mention to the reception team — incredibly kind and helpful. The supervisor even upgraded our room after learning we were celebrating our anniversary

Even though we only managed to visit once during our week-long stay, it was mostly because we were enjoying the hotel so much

One of the highlights was the complimentary access to The Land of Legends, Turkey’s own version of Disneyland

Guest relations also checked on us regularly to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Overall, excellent service, lovely spacious rooms, and serene views of both the sea and the mountains

The spa is excellent, with outstanding massages, and the gym is fully equipped. The pool area is attractive, and the food is generally quite good. Having lunch by the pool is especially enjoyable

The stay was okay and overall very good. The place was clean and well maintained, and the management was also good. The location was excellent, and the amenities provided were premium. Overall, it was a very good stay.

It has been great for me to stay here. I stayed for just one night for the type of all-inclusive. I also enjoyed inner swimming pool and Turkish hamam(bath)

I came back here for the second time and everything was as good as it was the first time. The location of the hotel is perfect. The beach is clean and there are enough sun loungers. The food was delicious and varied

Great hotel with a great location in Konyaaltı area, where you can find almost everything you want. Although, some furniture in hotel/rooms would likely be in need of renovation soon.

The animation team was amazing truly fun! The hotel staff in general were kind, friendly, hardworking, and always smiling. They take care of any request right away and make sure you’re well looked after

We had a really good 4-night stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and bright, with plenty of natural light during the day, and overall it felt comfortable for a short stay

Fantastic hotel, food and rooms great. What made the holiday more memorable were the staff from cleaners, waiters/waitresses and especially the entertainment team, nothing to much trouble had fantastic time.

Great hotel right in the center of Antalya! The rooms were comfortable, but what really stood out were the amenities. From the indoor and outdoor pools to the relaxing spa, the whole atmosphere was incredible

Staff was amazing from the moment we arrived! Pool and around the pool spotless staff cleaning non stop. Grate slides for the children lifeguard s are on the pool which is grate

Some bought their own speaker which clashes with the music already being played and I believe some on the sunbeds were not staying at the hotel. Location walkable to the centre for choice of restaurants

We spent all our time in the pools. There was a pizza oven open every afternoon and it was great! Kids had a ball. There is a huge bar at the pool to meet all your drink needs

This place has become like our own hotel, where we spend our winter holidays every year without hesitation. This year was extra good, even better than before

Palms at the reception hall are amazing, so beautiful decorated for Christmas. On the 24th arrangements was good, decorations, live music, dances, drinks and sweets

First of all, I would like to thank the animation and entertainment team, public relations, kitchen, service, bar, housekeeping, janitor, Kids Club, the entire team for giving us such a wonderful holiday

They welcome new guests very nicely, helps with luggage from a taxi and helps at the reception dest, comes with drinks while organising papers

We enjoyed kids club as well, they could play there without parents , and the best of all kids disco every evening

The pool attendant did a brilliant job making sure everyone had a sunbed and kept the area spotless. Yes, some beds were reserved early, but even if you wanted a lie-in, it was never a struggle to find one later on

Fantastic 10-Day Stay – Best Holiday in Turkey Yet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just arrived home after an excellent 10-day stay, and I have to say this was the best food I’ve had in Turkey

We would also like to mention Tahir, one of the restaurant waiters, who was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and truly added to the warm atmosphere of the restaurant

The breakfast being included made it nice, the pool was excellent; the perfect temperature every time we jumped in. The gym was very well equipped

Stylish, Spacious & Great Location Near the Beach – A Relaxing Stay in Antalya Visited in early March 2026, which is a relatively quiet time of year, making for a relaxed and peaceful stay

(Note: minibar items in the fridge are chargeable. ) The bathroom features a large double walk-in shower, plenty of towels, and bathrobes

Alternatively, head out the rear gate past the pool and turn left to reach a pedestrian walkway lined with restaurants, coffee shops, dessert spots, and pastry shops — all facing the beach promenade

There’s also an indoor pool (plus outdoor pool for warmer weather), large indoor jacuzzi pools, and a spa area featuring a Turkish bath, steam room, sauna, and relaxation area

Old Town is just a short Uber or taxi ride away, offering a more traditional local atmosphere. The Old Town harbour is particularly worth visiting for great views and plenty of food and drink options

Excellent service and cleanliness, the staff is very careful about the cleanliness of the pool, sun loungers and public areas

For instance when we asked for toilet paper they brought towels? There is supposed to be three additional restaurants apart from the Ocean canteen but never saw these open for the 10 days of our stay

The food is simple, but everything is fresh and tasty! Waiters ride on roller skates! The rooms are large, but there was no hair dryer! In general, I definitely want to relax here again! The staff is attentive, the staff is tidy, they will always help! There is a sauna and hammam for free from 9 am to 5 pm

A wonderful large beach within walking distance, but there is a transfer every 30 minutes, plus every hour you can leave on a boat along the canal, very cool! There is a disco until 2 am

Excellent hotel with a very tasty buffet. But in Turkey, food is very important in terms of taste, a lot of meat. This is key, so we recommend it

I really liked the hotel, there are some small shortcomings, but it did not affect my vacation

We liked the atmosphere! We opted for "all included", so it covered food and drinks at almost any time (Turkish cuisine). The choice of welcome drinks and snacks in the bar is limited, probably due to the season

So is the choice of TV channels. We would have preferred to watch some movies or international music channels. As for amenities, the swimming pool is rather small, but the spa area with hammam and sauna is nice

We had the all inclusive package, plenty choices of food too. Amenities we didn't explore as we go out most of the time. But to use the spa you need to pay. We enjoyed 😉 our stay even just for a short period of time

Generally the staff where very helpful, felt like I was at home , food was great most of the days maybe the odd day I would eat out as nothing was appetising for me, but I am a super fussy eater so for them to nail ot 6 days outa the week is most definitely good XD

This hotel has met my expectations in terms of customer service, especially from the male receptionist and Karina. They always have a beautiful smile when serving their clients, which really makes a difference

The team works very professionally and takes great care of the guests. Their attentiveness is truly exceptional, and that made our stay even more special

There was a slight smell in the room when we arrived, and an ashtray with cigarettes had been left on the small balcony area, but the team resolved it immediately, and we had no other issues throughout our stay

The location of the hotel is excellent. Above all, it is incredibly comfortable. The cleanliness is outstanding; I stay at many hotels, but it’s rare to find one this spotless

What is happening? Sorry is it about 5* hotel ? Women should not think how to avoid aggressive flirting from waitresses. I came to the restaurant for food, but not for some flirting with male waitress

Since it was our honeymoon, the staff surprised us with beautiful room decorations upon arrival, which made it extra special. The breakfast was wonderful, and we would most definitely come back! :)

I tried the Vegetarian Pizza at their special neaplois restaurant at level 10 which is absolutely top notch well done and authentic Italy flavours. It’s been on outskirts of the city but next to beach

Lovely hotel building and it is right next to the beach, only downside is that the aircon never seemed to work. It was on the lowest but it never cooled the room

Modern hotel , clean , massive outdoor swimming pool , indoor swimming pool , sauna , steam room, all included in price , We went all-inclusive they offered breakfast from 7am till 10am then a late breakfast from 10am till 11am Lunch was served from 12

The buffet was varied, and everything was incredibly delicious

Despite the many cats around, the environment here is very clean! The staff are all very welcoming! Among all-inclusive resorts, the food here is actually quite good. Everything here is wonderful!

Be mindful if you have any cat allergies, they are everywhere

Great food, service, rooms and facilities. On site Spa looks amazing (haven't been yet but I intend to) Pool is amazing. Views are breathtaking. Highly recommend a sea view, it's an amazing way to start the day!!

Hello, I really liked the hotel, the location is great, not too far from the sea, the rooms are nice and big, the view is wonderful, the weather was good, the food was great, there was a lot of everything and it was delicious, the only thing that was missing was entertainment in the hotel, some kind of theme nights at dinner for example or after dinner, in general there weren't enough adult animators...

The hotel is quite good for its price. Food is tasty and can fit all tastes. In march the beach is closed, however you could enjoy the terrace with the sea views

We stayed at IC Antalya Airport for one night because we had an early morning flight from Antalya. The service and kindness of the hotel staff truly impressed us

I checked in late and checked out pretty early for my flight so I haven’t had the chance to explore their hammam, sauna and pools but i found it quite fascinating that they run breakfast for those who fly early starting 5 am! Also it’s quite close to the airport and they offer free drop offs to it around the clock
