Room: the safe box and air con worked well. Good space for 2 adults with mini fridge and outdoor swimsuit drying space. We used our own portable speaker to play downloads of music / podcasts. Basic, comfortable and clean.
Service: absolutely 5 stars - all restaurant/bar staff were very helpful and friendly. It didn’t matter about language barriers too much. Thank you reception lady - night desk! :) The animation team (Kind Esther & Funny Feraz) were so brilliant, bravo!! Aqua aerobics in the morning, some water polo and kids disco in the “night club” area - perfect! The weekend party was very special for the day and night. We made friends with other UK/Turkish families. We ate and drank well all week.
Location: We went to Land of Legends theme park and there was lots to do - water slides and rollercoasters! (Children age only up to 11yrs). Within walking distance. They have free evening shows that were very pretty. The private transfer was easy and only approx. 30mins from airport.
Maya World we highly recommend for a family with children - snooker, ping pong, table football, x4 fun slides. We felt safe here - simple and really lovely holiday :)

Overall a good place for a sort break. Good value for money. Decent rooms in main complex, the upgraded villas are really not built with good spec and care.
Good food quality and good choice for all inclusive resort. Lacks innovation in recipes as pretty basic.
Customer service is terrible to say the least. Staff though efficient, lack training in finesse with regards to customer interaction. Majority of staff there (including reception staff) lacked the knowledge of spoken English. The staff were clearing the tables mid breakfast/ lunch / dinner without any qualms. Felt like the staff were micromanaged and constantly under stress. Hardly a smiling face or a good morning greeting even at the reception. Basic etiquette is essential in this social entertainment and hospitality business. Their competitive cost keeps them in business for sure. A special thanks to Calgar ( Dennis) who was an oasis in this desert and restored my faith in this place with his commitment, compassion and communication skills. His help and going that extra mile regarding customer

We stayed 6 days in this hotel. Bathroom was not clean. We had some dirty towels in our room. We have requested a plaster, which never arrived. It was really cold during the night in the room and we had to run the air conditioning. We felt uncomfortable. Instead of paying this costs/fees i will consider other hotels next time.

A wonderful hotel for a 4-star, definitely worth the money. I'd especially like to thank general manager Abdula. He always resolved any issues that arose and did everything he could to ensure guests were happy. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 👍👍👍

I spend 7 days here and I can't wait to go back again. Very clean beds, rooms and excellent food. All the people who working there everyone of them polite, smart and smiling all the time. Family running this Sarp Belek Hotel makes me feel home. I definitely recommend.

Due to the animation team at sarp hotel my stay was excellent, I enjoyed every bit of the entertainment, they worked incredibly hard in order to create a fun atmosphere for both adult and children, I would definitely come again just for those entertainers, loved them all 💗💗💗
Now although I love the entertainment I didn’t quite enjoy the rest of the experience, I felt as if I was still back at the UK only hotter, I came to Turkey with the idea of experiencing Turkish traditions but didn’t get that feeling and wished that there was more of a Turkish feel to the experience.
All in all leaving felt like leaving my family behind loved the hotel staff that made our stay the best 🖤🖤🖤🖤

We reached back home yesterday from this hotel. It was an unforgettable trip. The food was good and the entertainment team were awesome! Specially the girl who was organizing the mini disco, and the morning gym guy. Lots of fun and laughters we had.

As our first holiday as a family of 6 this was was a very good experience and the hotel was great! The staff, the food and housekeeping was really good. Can’t fault anything about our stay at Sarp Hotel. Ibrahim was so lovely and always very helpful. I wish our holiday lasted longer 😔 There is a great theme park near by also, bit pricey but it’s worth it if you like lots of rides and water! Definitely recommend this hotel and the Belek area.
