I understand why the Lorend is getting such good reviews. I spent 2 nights there. Rooms are small, but well thought out to maximise the space, centrally located, but quiet.
Breakfast is a perfect Turkish feast, and the staff exceptional.
Highly recommend, and I will definitely return.

Needs repair. For 4 nights the room was never cleaned, food is always the same. Beautiful view of the water and rocks. Large shower but the floor is very slippery. There is little space in the room, there is nowhere to put a large suitcase and open it. I had a room with a large double bed and one single bed. I had to put the suitcase on the small bed. view from the window of the neighboring hotel

On the positive side, the hotel is well located and has huge potential. Unfortunately, the owners do not seem to care much. They do not take any interest in the guests or service. You must ask to have your room serviced and leave the key, but no one tells you this. The bathroom needs renovation. There is no sprinkler head on the shower, an old water heater is hanging there with its wires, and the sink tap only has a dripple of water. This building could be a great little hotel but it needs love.

Good price value for Dalyan, but the room was simply too small for 2 people. I had to tie my shoe laces in the bathroom because my partner otherwise couldn’t move in the room. Breakfast was below Turkish standards even for this price level.

Perfect location to explore what the area has to offer.
Plenty of restaurants on the street.

Nice small hotel just off Dalyans main Street and waterfront promenade. Clean and advantage of a swimming pool.

Very good location, a short riverside walk to the town or within 2 mins in the opposite direction and you're directly in the town streets. The bedroom was disappointing, very basic/ tired but I was delighted to have hot water for personal washing/showering. The staff were very helpful & friendly with a good flexible attitude.
Unfortunately, serving breakfast on the rooftop terrace in late November was a very cold, unpleasant, shivering experience which spoilt the enjoyment of a nice buffet breakfast. However, the views of the tombs chiselled into the mountainside, activity on the water, wildlife & stunning scenery made it very entertaining & I liked the relaxed atmosphere overall.
