Hotel Riverside in Dalyan

My stay at Riverside Hotel has been nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we arrived, we were met with warmth, helpfulness, and a relaxed atmosphere that immediately made us feel at home. The location is perfect – peaceful and green, yet just a short walk to the centre of Dalyan. The pool area is clean and inviting, and the garden full of shade and charm. Our room was simple but spotless, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was fresh and varied each morning, and the staff were always friendly and attentive without being intrusive. We especially appreciated the calm, unpretentious vibe of the place – it felt genuine and welcoming rather than overly polished. Riverside is not a luxury hotel, but it offers something far better: honest hospitality and a setting that invites you to slow down and enjoy. We’ll definitely be back.

We have just returned from a 8 night stay and have only praise for the place. It’s about a 15 minute leisurely stroll into town on the banks of the river. We were in one of the updated rooms and a friend had stayed the previous year prior to the remodel and couldn’t believe the increase in size of them. All of the staff are all friendly and extremely polite. The breakfast although not to my taste was an extensive choice and very good. There is a wonderful shaded sunbathing area and always beds available. The pool is also great and very clean. Don’t miss the boat trips. We went on two different ones and had just the best time with great food and very reasonable priced drinks. If you are considering the Riverside you will not be disappointed.

This was my first time doing a solo holiday as a 26 year old female and was quite apprehensive about it all. But, this hotel and the incredible staff absolutely made it for me !! They are the most dedicated team to ensuring each guest has an amazing experience, also, being by myself, they always went out the way to see if I was okay and sat and spoke with me before meal times. The locations is absolutely breathtaking. You’re able to have your meals sitting on the riverside everyday and starting with your breakfast you will be greeted with river turtles which you can then feed while you feed yourself. The locations perfect, as it’s only a 10/15 minute walk along the riverside to the town centre, but also far enough away that the nights are quiet, so you’re able to get a peaceful night sleep. Dalyan is GORGEOUS! They have the whole river to venture down but also a chance to go to the turtle beach, and, bays and caves trip onto the amazing Mediterranean Sea with crystal clear waters.

The staff make this hotel!! I just want to say thank you so much to Ramazan (hotel manager) who I genuinely feel like we created a friendship by the end of my 5 nights here.
Thank you to all the staff who were incredible and so friendly. I will miss this place and the people so much. I would happily return in the future for more spontaneous adventures!!

Perfect place for a family stay. Rooms (especially family rooms) were spacious and beautifully clean. Delightful seating areas including riverside terrace where we ate breakfast as we watched river turtles swimming. Food was good, with daily set menu and a la carte choices. Swimming pool was clean with plenty of sun loungers. Hotel was a short drive from centre of Dalyan. We had an excellent stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back.

The hotel was by the river and very clean.
Considering the price, it was a good hotel, and the rooms and the view were beyond my expectations.
There was some noise at night from the hotel bar, but after we called the reception, they intervened

The rooms have been renovated; we were the first to use them in July 2025, and they were as brand new and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is ample and open buffet style, while dinner is served à la carte, with a daily menu. A unique pleasure nestled in the heart of nature by the river. It's far from the sea, but that's the typical characteristic of the area. You can take boats to the beach. Take a boat tour to swim in the most beautiful spots. Because it's not a crowded hotel, it offers a quiet and peaceful family holiday. The staff is very kind and friendly. Thank you, I'll be back.

The staff here are marvellous. Can’t do enough. Family feeling and they’re relaxed and happy. The pool is lovely with a really nice bar. Eat on the river terrace with them and everything is charged to your room so very easy. Arp who runs the hotel is also a boat captain so you can go out every day with them somewhere. Lake, sea, coves etc. Ramassan the restaurant manager is a wonderful character and will make you feel at home and entertained. All in all a very authentic Turkish place to spend your holiday and such charm and beauty.

Just returned after 10 day's at hotel, can't find any negatives,rooms are clean and towels are renewed every day. Breakfast is typical Turkish with the option of omelette perfectly fine plenty of it.
Staff are so friendly and courteous can't do enough to help you.
Pool is kept clean and plenty of sunbeds.
We went on a couple of boat trips from hotel own boat again a brilliant experience.
Can't wait to return

The hotel is very nice, it’s clean in most areas, the rooms were very good, we had a family room on the 1st floor, food good, reasonable price, staff very good, cons bar open until 130am can be noisy, cleaners do not clean WiFi not too good. Overall very good hotel for the price.

I’ve just had 2 weeks solo and my third time here. I had one of the new rooms which are really comfortable, spacious with lots of storage and a kettle and fridge. The shower room was awesome! Great powerful walk-in shower with plenty of hot water. Great boat trips to Koycegiz, beach BBQ and a moonlight one to the lake. Lovely staff, perfect breakfast on the river with the turtles and fish. The only thing we commented on around the pool was that the faded plastic poolside tables need replacing. Other than that all was as lovely as ever. Thanks Alp and all the team!
