Guests praise the beautifully maintained green territory described as a botanical garden with a large variety of plants and flowers. Many reviews highlight the diverse and abundant food selection with some noting special dietary accommodations by the executive chef. The children’s facilities, including animation in Russian, mini-clubs, pools, and playgrounds, are praised for keeping kids engaged. Several reviewers appreciate the large number of pools and water park features, alongside the private beach and pier with bar service. The animation team and evening entertainment receive positive remarks for being fun, professional, and family-friendly. Friendly and helpful staff members, including specific mentions of bartenders and guest relations, enhance the guest experience. Multiple guests report that the hotel rooms are outdated, with worn mattresses, old furniture, and occasional cleanliness issues. Loud music until midnight is frequently mentioned as disturbing, especially for guests seeking a quiet rest or traveling with children. Wi-Fi coverage and speed are criticized as poor, with some noting it is nearly non-existent in rooms and weak even in reception. Some reviews point out understaffing in the main restaurant leading to slow service, dirty tables, and difficulties obtaining drinks. The pebble beach, while private and clean, is described as uncomfortable for some guests due to stones and limited sandy area. Complaints include occasional rude or unmotivated staff, inconsistent room cleaning, and a lack of smiling or welcoming attitude at reception.

We stayed at the hotel in October 2025. The cleanliness is poor. At first glance, the room seemed clean, but when I walked around the room barefoot, my feet were left black. When I accidentally spilled toothpaste on the floor in the bathroom and cleaned it, the paper from the floor was very dirty. I think there is a problem with the workload of the cleaners, because I saw how fast they had to clean the rooms. Food. The food selection is large, new dishes are added every day. I would rate it as high-quality homemade food. Service. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The hotel surroundings are beautiful.

The hotel was nice overall, with a beautiful location and good food. The rooms were a bit old-fashioned but clean. However, every evening there was very loud music until midnight – both from a nearby karaoke bar and from parties at the hotel itself, though the hotel music was a bit more distant. It was quite hard to tolerate. I even left a comment about it during our stay. On the last day, the staff kindly offered to move us to another room and even spoke with the neighbors, which we truly appreciated. Since it was only for one more night, we decided not to change room. Because of the noise, I would not recommend this place for those looking for rest, but it might be ideal for guests who enjoy nightlife and a lively atmosphere.

I want to say a big thank you to the executive chef of Emelda Sun Club , Mr Mustafa Topal and his team for their understanding - my child has some dietary restrictions now, and they kindly agreed to prepare special dishes for him at our request, which was a great relief , and they were always there to take the order. As for other things - the sea and the beach are wonderful, the territory is very beautiful and green, the room was nice with a great view - so here you can find all you need for a perfect holiday!

Firstly would like to thank the guest relation team for their amazing amenity and for putting attention of what we needed and their gift and especially thanks to Miss Sukran from guest relation team to being friendly and helping us reserve alacarte restaurant .
Secondly the bar mans Mr. Alper , Yilmaz and Mehmet they were amazing . They made the best cocktails for us.
If we come back we will just come for them.
Now want to talk about negative things.
Firstly reception is not smiling at all when we asked for help they didnt even answer us. Im also reception at one of the 5 star hotels in Istanbul my job is guest satisfaction smiling and attracting the guest with my manner.
Food is really bad the quality was bad too.
Breakfast was same everyday.
Minibar was so cheap.
This things needs to improve other than this
was good holiday.

Just not a 5 star hotel...... Fighting for food 1 Person Steaks english, thats guests relations (that is why we gabr it 2 Stars not 1) Poor etikett, rude staff, 0 people smiling, worst entertainment staff I have ever experienced..... Very poor in every section of an all inclusive 5 star experience....... The hotel is old and badly needs a renovation, rooms are just a bed and air con. 95% of guests are from russia.......if you are into that kind of mentality...... Bad experience, would apsolutly not recomend this 3* adventure. Save your money, go somewhere else.

Not Worth the Money – Big Disappointment at Emelda Sun Club

We stayed at Emelda Sun Club and, unfortunately, we were very disappointed. For the amount of money they charge, we expected a much higher level of service and overall quality.

The rooms are old and badly need renovation. Ours had a constant unpleasant smell that didn’t go away even with ventilation. Cleaning was very superficial — when we arrived, the room was supposedly ready, but it was clearly not properly cleaned. The floors were dirty, there was dust on the furniture, and mold in the bathroom.

Even though the room was said to be cleaned before our arrival, it was far from clean. The service also left much to be desired — staff didn’t seem very motivated or friendly. Everything felt very mechanical, with no real hospitality.

The food was average at best. Very limited variety and questionable quality. For the same price, we’ve stayed at other hotels in Turkey that were far superior — in terms of comfort, cleanliness, food, and service.

And honestly, I don’t understand how people are giving this hotel five stars. It makes me think that maybe they’ve just never stayed at a truly good hotel before, and to them, this feels like something amazing. But if you have even a little travel experience, you’ll immediately notice the flaws.

Emelda Sun Club is definitely overpriced and does not live up to the expectations. The hotel needs serious improvements. I do not recommend it — there are much better options for the same price.

We’ve been going to this hotel for years now and every time it’s a great pleasure. The staff is great, everyone is nice and there’s so much to do. The massage and hamam is splendid and the ocean is right at the hotel. Some rooms could use some restoration but so far we’ve only had a bad room once (but you can ask to change the room if you aren’t satisfied). There’s always something to do, from water gym in the morning to a shows at night. This hotel is open and welcoming to everyone, even having ramps for disabled people and even lots to do for families/kids. Foods great, it’s for everyone, including people that are picky eaters or allergic to specific foods. I recommend it, even if it’s a bit away from the airport.

a disgraceful hotel, there were ants in the room, the air conditioner was broken, we couldn't eat the food, the only food we could eat at the open buffet was pasta, we weren't given a new room even though we were a honeymoon couple, we had to stay in a room with bugs, we called the gendarmerie, there was no manager, we could stay for 1 day, we cancelled the rest of our days

First things first: It all depends on your priorities- what you expect from your holiday…for us it was “passable” “kind of ok” +We were generally happy swimming, the water is very clear and it does seem that there’s more than enough space for everyone in the sea. It feels safe and overall a very positive experience with the water being very warm (mid-October) +we loved the view of the mountain on a clear sunny day. +the food was good, lots of it, some healthier options for those who try to maintain weight, and lots of other foods, fresh vegetables and a variety of meats, the soups we also yummy! So a huge thank you to the kitchen staff. + the only friendly entertainment staff member - Altima, doing yoga - always with a smile, always welcoming, from 10 am to 10pm +I won’t speak for the quality of alcohol, but we never had a hangover the next day, which to me is a positive. + a huge round of applause to those who maintain the green areas on the property- It is very pretty +the staff at reception try to do their best and accommodate everyone, but there’s only so much they can do when the hotel operates and full capacity What was disappointing: - THE BLOODY NOISE ALL DAY!!! If you are a family with some of you 50 years old, you probably want some peace and quiet- you should know - this is not a place for that! The closer you are to the main building the more noise you will get. It will be rubbish bin collectors, generators?vents from the kitchen? AWFULLY AND UNREASONABLY LOUD MUSIC FROM 21:30 to 24:00 ( even though it’s supposed to stop at 23:30). I ask myself what is the point of such loud music? Those who are dancing there can clearly hear it! The overall age-range here, I’d say 40+, with quite a number of 60+ year olds , are you telling me that they all party like crazy? -the ROOMS are tired, and if you need a twin room, be ready to have one king size bed and a single bed added, both squeaky and loud, if one of you uses the toilet and night- the other will probably wake up -cleaning is hit and miss even if you leave a tip, there might be no cups in the rooms or they will forget to stock up the fridge. I truly sympathise with the staff, they are incredibly overworked… And probably are doing their best to accommodate everyone -entertainment staff: gosh! Don’t expect a smile from them, the females in charge of most activities look indifferent and frankly sound rude! The woman leading Bocha threw balls at the guests every time the game started - never stayed till the end of the activity and suggested we played on our own, which, to be frank, was better than with her… not sure why the aqua aerobics lead decided it’s a good idea to criticise how participants do the workout, cmon! The majority of people are 50+ have some respect, I really didn’t appreciate the attitude I will highlight that I understand that everyone here works pretty much 24/7 for us to have a good time, and we don’t know how much stress they are under, but still, being ni
