2019 yilindan beri her sene otelinizde konaklama yapiyorum. Her zamanki gibi odalar temiz personel guler yuzlu ve naziklerdi. Ilk defa bir yilbasi konaklama yaptim kucuk bir yanlis anlasilmadan dolayi musteri memnuniyeti adina Niyazi bey gala gecesi icin masasina bize tahsis etti onun icin ayrica Niyazi beye tesekkur ediyorum..

Thank you to Guest Relations Director Ludmila, receptionists Fıruze, and Sıla. Our experience with the hotel is that it is within walking distance of Kemer's center. The food is delicious, there is 24-hour food and beverage service, and the rooms are large enough. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

A good hotel for retirees and families. But there's a downside: some Russians occupy the sun loungers at night, laying down their shit-stained towels. The management needs to figure out that this isn't allowed.

Everything is fine. The service is excellent, the staff is polite. The location is good. The only downside is that the neighboring hotel constantly plays doom, doom, and smoke. There's a disco next door and the music plays until 2 a.m., even with the window closed.

The hotel is one of the best in Kemer!!! The sea is crystal clear, the beach is clean, and the hotel grounds are beautiful. The staff is friendly and always ready to answer any questions. The food is simply superb!!! Thank you so much for the wonderful service!!! I'll be back again! The location is excellent; an evening stroll downtown is simply amazing.

A hotel for Russians only – if you don’t speak Russian, don’t bother
If you’re not Russian, do yourself a favor and skip this place. The hotel is basically a Russian colony — everything’s in Russian, the staff speaks Russian, even the entertainment is in Russian. English? Barely enough to order water, and even that’s a gamble.
At night the hotel turns into a festival of drunk Russians — yelling, singing, and noise until morning. The staff pretends not to hear anything, since “the important guests” must not be disturbed. An English guy who dared to complain was immediately shut down, but the Russians? They can do whatever they want.
Rooms look nice, I’ll give them that, but the walls are paper-thin and the doors might as well be made of cardboard. On one side, loud music until 2 a.m.; on the other, chaos in the hallways. Sleep is optional here.
Housekeeping showed up once in a week — and only after several requests. When they finally did, the cleaning was… let’s say “symbolic.”
Food is decent but repetitive — edible, nothing more. The desserts, however, especially the baklava, are absolutely divine. Easily the best part of the whole stay.
The beach is close, but rocky, narrow, and drops off quickly. Alcohol options? Just beer. Hotel bar drinks are strong (probably to suit Russian tastes), but don’t expect them to taste good.
And the cherry on top? Someone thought it was a brilliant idea to clean the floors with a machine at 4 a.m. Genius move.
Overall, the hotel has potential but is completely dedicated to one nation. Everyone else is just background noise in a Russian reality show. A very shortsighted strategy — once the Russian tourists stop coming, this place will go down with them.

Room is perfect, very spacious and clean, maid service everyday if you want it. Nothing is too much bother. Excellent hotel food and service great beach bar, would highly recommend, this is our 5th stay, spectating at the Sea to Sky enduro races. We will be back.Thank you for great time Mr Ismet.
