We recommend this hotel. The staff is very kind, helpful and always smiling, which made our stay really nice. We would especially like to thank Mrs Ela, who helped us with the reservation at the à la carte restaurant and was very kind to us. The hotel has a nice atmosphere, it is a big place with access to the sea, and the staff make guests feel well taken care of

I was very pleased with how the entertainers treated us; they were welcoming, like Gokmen, Kerem, and their coordinator who runs the shows… They are good people… only the hotel seemed a bit outdated… but overall it's very good… in terms of cost and benefit.

A fantastic group of entertainers for both children and adults. There are fantastic activities for children, including a mini disco where the kids have a blast. Younger guests can enjoy various games and activities at the "Friends of Children" club, and a five-a-side snack bar. Evening shows for adults include karaoke, Turkish nights, quizzes, and entertainment for adult guests. Guests can also enjoy various activities during the day, including darts, air rifle shooting, yoga, aqua aerobics, and many other attractions. The food is delicious, with something for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily, and the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The hotel is wonderful. Mrs. Samala at the front desk is always there to help with a smile. There are plenty of activities for children, including entertainers and pool games. It's impossible to be bored here. And program la play Mrs Akjunis and Indira are the best !

DESERVE 5 STAR Everything was incredibly beautiful. We stayed for a week with my family -- 2 children. At first, we were a bit scared because of the bad reviews but the hotel surprised us a lot - in a good way! The rooms are good, the staff is cleaning the rooms every day. The food is better than I expected. So much variety, tasty and fresh. Especially my kids loved all dinner, lunch and breakfast and our plates were always full of delicious meats (of course the snack bar is great!!!) We loved the atmosphere of Presa Di FINIKA, this was my second time in Turkey. We are definitely considering this hotel for next year!!! I recommend it, don't pay attention to bad reviews. I don't understand people who are not satisfied with anything. The hotel is nice enough for the staff, food, cleanliness and other things. Thank you so much for all staff for your kindness by the way.

I had a very pleasant time at this hotel. The staff was very professional, both in the bars and the cleaning crew. However, I especially want to thank the restaurant team, particularly the very friendly Eda, who greeted guests in every language spoken by the hotel visitors. My children grew very fond of her.
