Amazing hotel with huge area and plentiful atmosphere. Different activities, pools, shops are available inside. Anyone can have food all the day. Very neat and tidy rooms. Picturesque gardens and views of Mediterranean sea. Staffs are friendly. A ideal place to relax and spend holidays.

The good comment first: the staff had five star level. But otherwise the hotel is not at this level. Food was more than enough but the quality and diversity just so so. Air condition too noisy and too weak, not enough beach chairs already at 10am, the gym needs renewal. To be fair: the hotel room rates in September were attractive but the five star hotel rating is misleading.

The hotel is definitely worth recommending. There's a wonderful daily show with various bands performing. The entertainment was also provided by the exceptional entertainer Sabir, always smiling and helpful! The hotel also enjoys a good reputation for cleanliness, courteous and diligent service, and delicious food.

I think staff was changed this year because this was the best experience I have ever had . our room get cleaned everyday, restaurant crew was soo kind. I LITERALLY LOVED IT DUE TO STAFF. But their DJ was the worst. He played same songs in same queue for six days LOL. If they fire their DJ I'm sure the hotel will be its best version of itself

the hotel is not more than 4 star. great problems with the staff at the lobby and cleaners. do their work very badly. the kitchen is small, but enough food, delicious. bartenders are very good, do a lot of cocktails. the sea is excellent, the beach is normal. hotel is small, quiet, cozy. good swimming pools. for this money hotel is quite normal.

This is a amazing hotel, with great staff. The food is perfect with different choices for everyone everyday. The pool is clean and the life guard is friendly and a good guy to talk to. Evening entertainment is entertaining and always a laugh.
