Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any request

We’ve booked two rooms in this resort for two families: 2 adults and 1 adult + 2 children. Our staying was really amazing: hospitality at the reception, cozy and nice new rooms with fantastic garden view from the balcony

On top of that, there are a la carte restaurants and a few snack bars around the resort, which makes it easy to grab something tasty anytime during the day

The food was another highlight, every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) offered a great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious

The animation team, led by Murad (he’s a real rock star!), made everyone feel welcome and included. During the day, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which creates a perfect balance between relaxation and fun

Evenings were always full of energy, the animation shows were genuinely entertaining, and after that, there was live music or a DJ performance every night

All the bar staff were consistently polite, helpful and professional. Drinks were always available, and I really appreciated being able to get a nice coffee or tea whenever I wanted

The main restaurant, the Crystal restaurant, offered a buffet style offering at breakfast, lunch and dinner

I would also like to thank the team that offered water activities and spa - very nice, unobtrusive and professional. The beach is clean and well-kept, the sun loungers are comfortable, there was always enough space

Good food, the view from the room is amazing. There is a lot of greenery on the territory of the hotel, there is also an upscale spa complex. Guests can also enjoy a variety of sports activities

We stayed at the Marco Polo Hotel and it was a truly wonderful experience! I would like to especially note the excellent food - delicious, varied, always fresh

Cool hotel, did not vacation in it myself, but went to the territory, very beautiful in the bar drinks imported. A lot of entertainment programs. But one thing - the price is not small

A highlight was the exhilarating mountain cable car excursion, offering panoramic views that took our breath away. However, the room's cleanliness, notably the consistently dirty floors, was a minor setback

Souhir in the mini club and mini disco was amazing my daughter absolutely loved her so is so good with the kids 😊 Ismail made my children holiday one they will never forget he was amazing they looked forward to darts everyday and had the biggest smiles as soon as they saw him

I also have to say a big thank you to serhat from the spa he was so friendly and helpful and made sure our spa experience was first class Kingdom of the sea what is part of the hotel is fantastic

Very well mannered and correct! Let's highlight the bartender Moose, of course! He remembers all the guests' preferences and is very friendly! I really liked the attitude of the staff towards animals! They didn’t kick out the cats and allowed them to feed!!! Everything is generally harmonious here! Comfort, service, food, drinks and the beach!

We want to say thank you for excellent vacation. Animation Team was great : Zumba with Niloofar, evening Show with Ugur and mini disco with Tarzan. But we like it most to play Darts with Tarzan, it was really fun!!!!

It gave us real peace of mind knowing our kids were in good hands while we enjoyed some quiet moments. We also appreciated the clean and bright play spaces, stocked with plenty of toys and creative materials

I was traveling along the Turkish coast and stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I had a superior room with partial sea and garden views. I mostly lay on the pier, from where I jumped into the sea

It was convenient, and there were fish. The sea was crystal clear, and the mountain views were fantastic. There was plenty of food and drinks. There were plenty of bars, and there were evening shows starting at 9:30 PM

It is maintained in some way, but for example, the doors, door frames, and bathroom were in pretty poor condition and definitely needed professional repair or renovation. The main restaurant is a weak point

In some Turkish hotels, the staff tries to correct their behavior, but here even the basic dress code is not observed, and many guests go to the restaurant in beachwear or swimsuits, sometimes even in the evening

The restaurants are, of course, bursting with food: fruits, vegetables, meat, fish

We were there for work, but combined it with relaxation. The service was top-notch for the off-season, there weren't many people there, the food was plentiful, and alcohol was available until 2:00 AM

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the reception worked perfectly, and all services were well organized. We also really liked the bar and the restaurant — everything there was excellent

I think there is a problem with the workload of the cleaners, because I saw how fast they had to clean the rooms. The food selection is large, new dishes are added every day. I would rate it as high-quality homemade food

A chic pier, with showers, changing rooms and a bar. You can rent a wonderful tent on the pier for a fee; we rented it and really liked it. I was pleased with the mini-club, the children liked it (free)

We stayed at the hotel in October 2025. At first glance, the room seemed clean, but when I walked around the room barefoot, my feet were left black

So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety

The food trucks in the day were all great. The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable

However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters

A la Carte was amazing food and service, but only 1 other couple in the restaurant so a bit empty. Evening entertainment was impressive with theatre-standard acts on every night

Most of our staff enjoyed our dinner and we will for sure come back to sailors for our next Staff bonding or staff party in the future

The staff are very helpful and can’t do enough for you. Spout out to the watersports guys and the spa staff that really made up feel welcome and taken care of

To the negatives: This hotel is very much catered to Russians with very little English spoken and communication could sometimes be difficult but we got there

We are just on our way home, we have really enjoyed our time here. The hotel is beautiful and very well kept and clean

The food was good I wouldn’t say out of this world but we managed to find something to eat at every meal. The entertainment was very good and was enjoyed very much every night

However, we were both surprised and disappointed to see so many unsterilized cats on the hotel property. Even during our short stay, new kittens appeared

The rooms are not large, but comfortable, there is everything you need. Cleaning and change of towels - every day. Bed linen were changed 2 times during 8 days. The mini-bar was replenished daily

Booked here again for a break in Oct. Was not as busy as the summerlast year, which was nice. The evenings were cooler as well which I preferred

Elena and her team welcome our son (Charlie) with open arms when we arrived. Was lovely to see they remembered him and gave him such a warm welcoming. We have already booked to come back in July 2026

we are really pleased with our visit. Everyone was very kind and everyone was really funny. Elif with the other man (big and good-looking:)) were really good at the reception they had humor and really explained well

Halil, saper and a guy at the bar (dont remember the name sorry) were also veryy good they really brightened our mood whenever we crossed paths and they always made us laugh

The receptionist welcomed us with a nice smile, Mister Eray, even when he works in a different shift, it seems that he is there for us. The security, chef, beach staff, lifeguard are very kind

The room has a non-alcoholic minibar, a free safe, and all shower accessories. The food in the restaurant is very tasty and varied, there is fish every day. I would especially like to highlight the work of the staff

The beer and other drinks cost a little bit. I was surprised that the bathrooms at the beach were always filled with toilet paper, cause that’s a rarity in my country

We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The food was good, but the drinks were not very varied, and cocktails came at an extra cost. The room was clean but quite small, especially for 3 people

There were only two sockets in the room, and one of them was used for the TV, which made charging devices difficult. Every day, they provided bottles of still and sparkling water in the fridge, which was a nice touch

We’ve spent a week there in May 2024. The hotel is ranked four star but in fact it should be five plus. Very good location and a lot of privacy. They serve probably the finest tea and coffee in the world

I recommend to visit Tahtali mountain (2366m), The Olympos of the Asia Minor and especially Mira with the cathedral of the real saint Nicholas (not the stupid Santa Clause) – all is not far from Kemer

Kemer is a quiet small town, very clean and tourist friendly, no disco, no loud festivals, nice park and many places for walking - a perfect place for a relaxing vacations

Everything was cool, it was our best holidays new hotel, sea, beach and coast are close to hotel, I think Özkaymak marina is the best hotel in Turkey, we were with two children and Animator Alina every time helps us, she is open-minded girl

Food on breakfast and dinner were great, we had lunch on snack bar that’s why I can’t tell what was on lunch. Every day we’re different show like Africa dancers, Michele Jackson show, Modern dance

Sea and beach were clean, sea was warm! Kids swam all time, actually like me and husband. So if you want to relax and have a good rest you can choose Özkaymak marina!! I hope we will back next year!🤞🏻

The restaurant's menu is almost the same every day, but the selection is so vast that you can have a different meal every day. Cons: the hotel is tired, and the rooms haven't been renovated in years

We love everything: the staff, the service, the entertainment program, the cleanliness, the food, the proximity to both the city and the sea, the price-quality ratio, the massages, and the working air conditioning!

This isn't my first time at this hotel. It's truly fantastic, conveniently located, with a large grounds featuring its own amphitheater, which hosts interesting shows almost daily, and a mini water park

Sun loungers are hard to come by on the beach; you have to arrive early in the morning to reserve a spot

I am writing this review with great disappointment to warn future guests about the serious issues with housekeeping and customer service at Rox Resort Hotel. For the past two days, our room has not been cleaned

I had an amazing stay at AQI Hydros Hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and beautifully maintained

From pool games to evening shows, their enthusiasm and creativity kept us entertained every day. You could tell they genuinely enjoy what they do, and it made a big difference in our overall experience

Onur was particularly great with the kids, always engaging them in fun activities, while Halid’s dance sessions and humor brought so much life to the evenings

Hotel has a good beach but sunbeds are very close to each other. You can take towels - deposit is 10 dollars. You must cross a quite road when you go to beach. The Spa center is comfortable

Especially the front desk ladies Yagmur and Cholpon were very curteous and strived to address my requests The hotel has no beach front, it takes a 2-3 min walk to the private, generous and well maintained beach ( the beach boy did an excellent job!) A volleyball field is available but oddly located and not maintained

Beach bar opens only at 10 The underground fitness room is reasonably equipped but investments are due to make it attractive Do not recommend the economy room: awful even for 1 night! The rest type are chic and spacious enough but not sound proof
