We’ve booked two rooms in this resort for two families: 2 adults and 1 adult + 2 children. Our staying was really amazing: hospitality at the reception, cozy and nice new rooms with fantastic garden view from the balcony

Food was various and well-cooked: every time there were lots of meat, poultry and fish, cheese, vegetables, fruits, bakery

The animation team, led by Murad (he’s a real rock star!), made everyone feel welcome and included. During the day, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which creates a perfect balance between relaxation and fun

On top of that, there are a la carte restaurants and a few snack bars around the resort, which makes it easy to grab something tasty anytime during the day

Evenings were always full of energy, the animation shows were genuinely entertaining, and after that, there was live music or a DJ performance every night

The food was another highlight, every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) offered a great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious

All the bar staff were consistently polite, helpful and professional. Drinks were always available, and I really appreciated being able to get a nice coffee or tea whenever I wanted

Some servers in the eating areas were sometimes rude as well. They don’t know how to interact with visitors. Facilities: I think the facilities are a little outdated

I would also like to thank the team that offered water activities and spa - very nice, unobtrusive and professional. The beach is clean and well-kept, the sun loungers are comfortable, there was always enough space

Rooms, you need to look closely, they immediately gave a musty one, then they changed it without problems when asked. Beach - small pebbles, uncomfortable, but acupuncture foot massage and interesting stones come across

Souhir in the mini club and mini disco was amazing my daughter absolutely loved her so is so good with the kids 😊 Ismail made my children holiday one they will never forget he was amazing they looked forward to darts everyday and had the biggest smiles as soon as they saw him

Very well mannered and correct! Let's highlight the bartender Moose, of course! He remembers all the guests' preferences and is very friendly! I really liked the attitude of the staff towards animals! They didn’t kick out the cats and allowed them to feed!!! Everything is generally harmonious here! I was traveling along the Turkish coast and stayed at this hotel for 5 days. I had a superior room with partial sea and garden views. I mostly lay on the pier, from where I jumped into the sea

It was convenient, and there were fish. The sea was crystal clear, and the mountain views were fantastic. There was plenty of food and drinks. There were plenty of bars, and there were evening shows starting at 9:30 PM

On the check in day we already had problem with reception as they gave us "upgrade" from our booked main building junior suite sea view to family room, same view

Leyla from main restaurant was excellent, she was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. This was despite the language barrier. Thank you this made our visit a very positive experience xx

The meals are repeated every day with minor changes, and it would be better to prepare two additional main courses than twenty different vegetable side dishes. The meals are also often lukewarm or almost cold

It is maintained in some way, but for example, the doors, door frames, and bathroom were in pretty poor condition and definitely needed professional repair or renovation. The main restaurant is a weak point

We were there for work, but combined it with relaxation. The service was top-notch for the off-season, there weren't many people there, the food was plentiful, and alcohol was available until 2:00 AM

The only thing is, judging by the hotel photos, the grounds look much larger—in reality, it's not very big, but again, for the off-season, it's fantastic

We were very satisfied with our stay at Akka Alinda Hotel. Overall, everything was at a very high level — no complaints at all, everything was well organized. The food was good, varied, and tasty

I think there is a problem with the workload of the cleaners, because I saw how fast they had to clean the rooms. The food selection is large, new dishes are added every day. I would rate it as high-quality homemade food

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The hotel surroundings are beautiful

However, every evening there was very loud music until midnight – both from a nearby karaoke bar and from parties at the hotel itself, though the hotel music was a bit more distant. It was quite hard to tolerate

I even left a comment about it during our stay. On the last day, the staff kindly offered to move us to another room and even spoke with the neighbors, which we truly appreciated

Because of the noise, I would not recommend this place for those looking for rest, but it might be ideal for guests who enjoy nightlife and a lively atmosphere

However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters

Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels

One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly

Ultra All Inclusive has become our standard choice. I'd like to highlight the special British-style pub with whiskey and beer, and the evening bar on the hotel's iconic white tree, where you can watch shows

So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety

We were 6 people, so they‘d always move the tables for us whenever we ate, very attentive! The drinks were also amazing, they had a huge variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks! The food was probably the best thing about this hotel tho, it really takes the crown! As a vegetarian, you can’t always expect hotels to include your diet

i think time to change all umbrellas at the pools and at the beach, most of them not properly opened, some of them broken. Also need to replace all sun loungers. For example Litore Resort hotel Alanya's ones

The rooms are not large, but comfortable, there is everything you need. Cleaning and change of towels - every day. Bed linen were changed 2 times during 8 days. The mini-bar was replenished daily

The hotel is located in a picturesque location, near mountains and forest. The sea water in April is still cold. The food is normal, sauna, fitness, swimming pool.

The sea, nature - everything is very beautiful and accessible. Quiet and calm environment, which is very important for vacationers after active work in a noisy city). Everything you need is there)

we are really pleased with our visit. Everyone was very kind and everyone was really funny. Elif with the other man (big and good-looking:)) were really good at the reception they had humor and really explained well

Previously, the beach staff monitored the sunbeds: if a lounger was left unused for more than an hour (with belongings remaining untouched), it was cleared, and guests could easily find available places

Everything was cool, it was our best holidays new hotel, sea, beach and coast are close to hotel, I think Özkaymak marina is the best hotel in Turkey, we were with two children and Animator Alina every time helps us, she is open-minded girl

Food on breakfast and dinner were great, we had lunch on snack bar that’s why I can’t tell what was on lunch. Every day we’re different show like Africa dancers, Michele Jackson show, Modern dance

Sea and beach were clean, sea was warm! Kids swam all time, actually like me and husband. So if you want to relax and have a good rest you can choose Özkaymak marina!! I hope we will back next year!🤞🏻

This isn't my first time at this hotel. It's truly fantastic, conveniently located, with a large grounds featuring its own amphitheater, which hosts interesting shows almost daily, and a mini water park

The restaurant's menu is almost the same every day, but the selection is so vast that you can have a different meal every day. Cons: the hotel is tired, and the rooms haven't been renovated in years

Sun loungers are hard to come by on the beach; you have to arrive early in the morning to reserve a spot

I am writing this review with great disappointment to warn future guests about the serious issues with housekeeping and customer service at Rox Resort Hotel. For the past two days, our room has not been cleaned

We spent 6 days here and it was truly a great experience. Beach and pool areas were both clean and comfortable. Services, foods and drinks were all top notch as well

Now it has many advantages, but it has two major problems: first, the host of the entertainment group (JJ) always speaks insultingly and humiliatingly towards Iranians; While most of the guests are Iranian

What an amazing place! We visited for one week in July and we had the best time. Great food, great drinks and such friendly and attentive staff! The room was very clean and had air con and a mini fridge re stocked daily

Beach bar opens only at 10 The underground fitness room is reasonably equipped but investments are due to make it attractive Do not recommend the economy room: awful even for 1 night! The rest type are chic and spacious enough but not sound proof

) and no alternatives in or outside the hotel- besides promenade walks Tourists are 99% russian speaking Good free Wifi in the hotel and at the beach Another uncommon fact for a "5 star hotel": towel deposit

Unfortunately besides that, not much one could do, for the lobby is tiny, no late bar area (one single bar that closes at 23 and all drinks get served in plastic glasses

TV signal quite unstable on western channels Food is reasonable and varied enough per meal but mostly repetitive each day

We arrived out of season, but the weather was perfect; the hotel is perfect for a family vacation

As it was off season there were some places not open and very little entertainment. The rooms are large and soft drinks are provided in the fridge and are restocked daily

The hotel was truly impressive! The atmosphere is wonderful and very comfortable, the staff is friendly, and everyone does their job perfectly! My husband and I had a wonderful vacation!

The evening shows were also a highlight. One suggestion for improvement: we had difficulty getting reservations at some of the restaurants, even when trying to book 2-3 days in advance
