I stayed at Maxx Royal Kemer Resort with my family and a friend, and it truly turned out to be one of the best vacations of my life. I go almost every summer, but this last visit was especially memorable

We’ve booked two rooms in this resort for two families: 2 adults and 1 adult + 2 children. Our staying was really amazing: hospitality at the reception, cozy and nice new rooms with fantastic garden view from the balcony

The animation team, led by Murad (he’s a real rock star!), made everyone feel welcome and included. During the day, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, which creates a perfect balance between relaxation and fun

On top of that, there are a la carte restaurants and a few snack bars around the resort, which makes it easy to grab something tasty anytime during the day

Evenings were always full of energy, the animation shows were genuinely entertaining, and after that, there was live music or a DJ performance every night

The food was another highlight, every meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) offered a great variety and everything tasted fresh and delicious

All the bar staff were consistently polite, helpful and professional. Drinks were always available, and I really appreciated being able to get a nice coffee or tea whenever I wanted

Some servers in the eating areas were sometimes rude as well. They don’t know how to interact with visitors. Facilities: I think the facilities are a little outdated

Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub. The rooms are clean and the staff everywhere is incredible

What truly made our stay exceptional was the entertainment team, especially Onur and Halid. They were full of energy, always smiling, and went out of their way to make sure everyone was having a great time

I think there is a problem with the workload of the cleaners, because I saw how fast they had to clean the rooms. The food selection is large, new dishes are added every day. I would rate it as high-quality homemade food

The food trucks in the day were all great. The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable

  When you are walking through the food area and see multiple flies on the food, it's off putting and disgusting. However, there was lots of good and we had a good time

The cleaners were good in the room, communal areas, pools, bars etc. The place was always spotless. The pool area, daytime entertainment, slides were all brilliant

Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels

One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly

Good hotel, delicious food, everything you need for a holiday is there. But from the neighboring hotel you can hear loud music in the evenings even in the quietest and farthest room.

Our first nights were booked at another five-star hotel (Miarosa Kemer Beach), where we experienced unacceptable treatment and hygiene issues — we even saw a rat in the room — which made us worry this might be the norm in Turkey

Evening shows by the animation team are well thought-out, with good music and activities. And even when staff aren’t directly interacting with guests, you can tell they truly love their work and put their hearts into it

After learning about our situation with the previous hotel, the Sailors Beach team handled everything with complete professionalism and ensured the rest of our holiday was exceptional — to the point we didn’t want to leave

they add the spice they add into meat and it tastes like regular meat from lunch. (It’s good for meat but kills the fish taste) we were so disappointed that evening and just went up to a standard dinner

We had an the most amazing time at NG Phasalis Bay in May 2025 for our Family moon, everything was total perfection and we look forward to returning in April this year! Our son loved the pool, the beach and the water park! Everything was so clean and the staff are so attentive

We had an issue with our allocated room upon arrival but the front desk manager swapped us straight away. The food is good, yes all inclusive does get repetitive but there was something for everyone

Animation team are also in the go all day and night. We tend to not get too involved but the entertainment at night was good and the after disco in the bar was also good
