i think time to change all umbrellas at the pools and at the beach, most of them not properly opened, some of them broken. Also need to replace all sun loungers. For example Litore Resort hotel Alanya's ones

very nice very happy PLACE THEY only speak turkish and russian This is a problem if you are italian It would be enough if someone spoke English The sea is wonderful A lot of restaurant, bar, bakery and foood 24/7 I hope to come back every year

entertainment 9/10 - lots of choice from game centre, main stage entertainment although I did find that a bit repetitive and any speaking is in Turkish the kids still enjoyed it, there is a spa which I had a massage by a lovely lady ming very professional and friendly, indoor cinema, indoor pool, a nightclub, they did different themes each night around the far side pool like a foam party, light show...

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any request

There are changing sheds located near all the pools so you don’t have to go back to the room if you want a quick change. A key card for each member is given so you can get a towel from the towel kiosk near the pool area

Cannot recommend this hotel enough! We had the most amazing experience as a family of 4 including 2 children aged 1 & 13. We were all inclusive in a double standard room pool side

Drinking water is in plastic bottles. All kinds of cold and hot drinks are unlimited in glass glasses and cups. The snack bar on the beach is also great. The employees are very respectful and polite

They do their job with diligence without interrupting. There are several events every night and they are of very high quality. Dance shows, live performances, bubble baths, an amusement park specially set up for children

The hotel is super. I recommend it to everyone. The hotel has changed its name to Alva Donna World Palace. Now the owner is Italians. The prices have become higher, but we will still go to this hotel for the third time.

The food is perfect, meat fish chicken soup desserts salads are served with every kind of menu you can think of. You can enjoy your meal comfortably in the spacious living room and balconies

The employees are so friendly and courteous that they take your orders immediately and direct you to the facility. They behave very professionally in cleaning

Mustafa at reception, he is very kind and solution focused and Yusuf, Ozan and Eyüp at the Aquapark bar. Very very friendly & has smiley faces Mine & Yusuf and their team ant the pool bar

We had a really good experience on this hotel. A lot of fun for kids and adult. Good beach and drinks. A lot of tasty food. Recommend this place.

Cool hotel, did not vacation in it myself, but went to the territory, very beautiful in the bar drinks imported. A lot of entertainment programs. But one thing - the price is not small

I think there is a problem with the workload of the cleaners, because I saw how fast they had to clean the rooms. The food selection is large, new dishes are added every day. I would rate it as high-quality homemade food

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The hotel surroundings are beautiful

However, every evening there was very loud music until midnight – both from a nearby karaoke bar and from parties at the hotel itself, though the hotel music was a bit more distant. It was quite hard to tolerate

I even left a comment about it during our stay. On the last day, the staff kindly offered to move us to another room and even spoke with the neighbors, which we truly appreciated

We were there for work, but combined it with relaxation. The service was top-notch for the off-season, there weren't many people there, the food was plentiful, and alcohol was available until 2:00 AM

Overall, it was a 10/10 winter vacation, and almost all the staff spoke both English and Russian

The only thing is, judging by the hotel photos, the grounds look much larger—in reality, it's not very big, but again, for the off-season, it's fantastic

The hotel was truly impressive! The atmosphere is wonderful and very comfortable, the staff is friendly, and everyone does their job perfectly! My husband and I had a wonderful vacation!

Beach is beautiful, you get to feed the fish with leftovers from the restaurants and there are a lot of kittens around to play with. There's slides for kids and adults to enjoy

The beach was so beautiful you can see the blue water also the pools was nice too. They have plenty of time for snacks and foods. And also they serve you good drinks too

We checked into the hotel late this evening and were given a room right away, and it was wonderful! We asked where we could go for a meal, and the staff said there was an Italian à la carte restaurant open

The best expierence in the hotel was Italian a la carte served by Bilal and his team:) the guys where so positive and friendly that we will definitely back here. And the food was so delicious

Food although plentiful, was generally lacking quality or taste, forget any idea of seasoning, if you like hot or chilli sauce, bring your own bottle, in fact finding ketchup can be hard, so bring that too

we came here with our 4-month old and she really likes to swim, but I can't swim with her if I can't stand the coldness even myself?! Of course we asked about that and they just replied that yes, season is ending, the pool heating is turned off

Especially the front desk ladies Yagmur and Cholpon were very curteous and strived to address my requests The hotel has no beach front, it takes a 2-3 min walk to the private, generous and well maintained beach ( the beach boy did an excellent job!) A volleyball field is available but oddly located and not maintained

Beach bar opens only at 10 The underground fitness room is reasonably equipped but investments are due to make it attractive Do not recommend the economy room: awful even for 1 night! The rest type are chic and spacious enough but not sound proof

🥴 All in all, if expectations are rightly adjusted, a week stay off peak season can be comfortable and affordable. However, Camyuva remains a budget area of Kemer with very few top hotels and entertainment options

But the biggest problem I had with our stay is that the hotel turned off pool heating already 3 days before our vacation ended, which was at the first place my only request with my vacation (the pool heating!)

) and no alternatives in or outside the hotel- besides promenade walks Tourists are 99% russian speaking Good free Wifi in the hotel and at the beach Another uncommon fact for a "5 star hotel": towel deposit

There is a pier, the beach begins right after the bars and pools. There are water slides, 3 outdoor pool, indoor pool, Hamam, sauna. The area is large, there is free Parking - convenient if you have a car

Great accomodations - nice views, calm atmosphere, everywhere is clean and it's nice for a relaxing holiday as there are not many noices. The beach is beautiful - location is good,water is nice and really crystal clean

Daily entertainment responded with the evening. Beach area and pools above and beyond. The staff were without exception very friendly and many speak Russian

The gardens are beautiful and really taken care of- green all around you and perfect for a walk. The sunrise and sunset views are amazing - especially from the platform in the sea

Location, rooms, food, mini club for children, animation team and entertainment and the rest of the team is really so good! We were so happy to stay there for a whole week with so nice staff trying to make us happy with good food, smiling faces and comfortable environment

However that didn't bother us, came down for 9am breakfast and outside and down to the pier/beach area with plenty of beds with the sea cooling breeze and crystal clear waters

Not stated as part of their service but they have a couple of guys doing rounds on the pier and pool areas taking drink orders, nice touch! Had the usual as we do on most hols where people book beds by the pool early doors with towels

One to try if you fancy a special treat is the bungalows on the end of the pier. The views were spectacular and the service outstanding. They got you everything you wanted pretty much instantly

On the beach free sun loungers. Wifi is excellent quality even on the beach! The staff is polite! In all cases respond quickly and efficiently!

So I am not exactly sure of why some people have complaints of this hotel. The service was fab and always helpful with a smile. The food and drink again was great with a wide variety

The food trucks in the day were all great. The entertainment was good too. The rooms we had were big, I need those beds back home here, so comfortable

The beach was something a few people complained about as it was made off of little stones not sand, but I honestly couldn’t care less about something they can’t change that easily

If you‘re a walker tho, there won’t be much for you to walk inside the hotel grounds, tho you can walk at the beach or outside

If you‘re a non English speaker but speak German, Russian or Turkish you will definitely come a long way here as everything is translated into these 4 languages, even the daily activities and many employees speak these languages

But I had nothing to worry about here! They had a huge variety of foods and there was information whether the food contained gluten/was vegan which I loved. They also had diet food and a huge variety of different salads

Also outside, if you wanna go shopping, many speak at least one German or Russian. Considering all that, I am absolutely in love with the hotel and would definitely recommend it!

They also had a counter where a woman would customize you your salad. The daily activities were fine, they offer the basic stuff which is cool

Al staff of the bar and reception are great and you can enjoy your time surely. It deserve what you pay for the hotel. Please be sure if you want tidy, clean, lovely foods, drinks and beach and pools

Location of hotel is right on the seaside, service is excellent, personal is friendly, helpful, supportive. The kitchen is rich and everybody will get what he or she wants

The beach and sea are beautiful. There are big tents that give good shade, and a pier where kids can jump into the water. The rooms are not big, but they are cozy and comfortable

About the gozleme near the beach — last year, they were made by a very kind woman, and they were always tasty. This year, a different woman makes them. She is not friendly, and her gozleme are overcooked and not tasty

If you want quiet, ask for a room in the buildings further from the pool. We stayed in the second building with a balcony facing the courtyard — it was lovely, but you can hear the music from the pool in the evening

This year, at the beach restaurant, lunch is from a menu — mostly fast food and salads with sauces already added. Last year, there was a buffet with hot dishes, vegetables and fruits

I liked that more — please bring it back. We were surprised to see mosquitoes this year. Maybe it’s because of the weather or the hotel didn’t do prevention. Sometimes we got bitten, which didn’t happen last year

There is a big choice of food. Not all dishes are tasty, but you will always find something good to eat. There is always meat, fish, a special dish of the day, lots of vegetables and fruit

This isn't my first time at this hotel. It's truly fantastic, conveniently located, with a large grounds featuring its own amphitheater, which hosts interesting shows almost daily, and a mini water park

The food is tasty different meat ,fish(though mostly mackerel,but in different variations of cooking). Maid service,replenishment of mini bar(water gas not gas the juice)and toiletries every day

The one sandy beach near the hotel(across the street)but it is another pebble on(less crowds). Alcohol 1 the beach just for the money. On another not it at all,but close to cafes. At the hotel every day for free ice cream

Rooms need renovation, bath tub is plugged and so on. In common, there's plenty of food so you won't be hungry. Beach is situated on a small bay, so there are no waves

Previously, the beach staff monitored the sunbeds: if a lounger was left unused for more than an hour (with belongings remaining untouched), it was cleared, and guests could easily find available places

In the mornings it was almost impossible to find a free sunbed, as most of them were “reserved” with towels both on the beach and by the pool, even though many remained unused

Hotel staff did approach them, but they were not asked to leave and continued to occupy the sunbeds

The food was brilliant, not ideal for really fussy eaters but the hotel took pride in the food and every meal was something different and enjoyable. Not much to do outside the hotel but this suited us

We had a great week at Fame Residence. The service was brilliant, they have loads of staff so you are never waiting long at the bar. The room and hotel itself was really nice and clean
