Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub. The rooms are clean and the staff everywhere is incredible. Especially our assistant Ebru Tazefidan made our stay even more special. She made it feel like we were staying at a family home, really warm and cozy. Overall a 1000 out of ten.

This was a good hotel.  However, it wasn't perfect. Firstly upon arrival at 1am, they put our family of 4 in a double room.
