We had a very pleasant stay at NG Phaselis Bay. Everything was 100/10. Room, staff, ambient, food , entertainment programs. Kabeer was the best assistant and helped us with everything. We had a lot of questions and requests and he responded us very quickly and professionally. Certainly not a 5 star hotel. Very old tired rooms and bathrooms. Food was below average. Some of the meat served was not cooked properly. Poorly maintained facilities, bad service overall.

This hotel is cheap - big advantage. However, not good for any extended stay. Tiny rooms with tiny bathroom and very confined shower. No fridge in the room.
