Certainly not a 5 star hotel. Very old tired rooms and bathrooms. Food was below average. Some of the meat served was not cooked properly. Poorly maintained facilities, bad service overall.

The staff most of them were quite grumpy. Lots of Cats in the dinning room anytime you went in. THE food was never hot,most of the time lukewarm. The bar closed at 10pm

Had a lovely stay at the Viking star hotel was worried after reading some reviews but honestly couldn’t fault it! Room was clean great views of the mountains food was okay I’m very fussy but never went hungry always something to eat. Staff are lovely and couldn’t do more for you. Hands down one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had as a family. Our baby (1,5 y) got the sweetest kind of attention and care at the Kidsclub.
