Reviews
Horrible arrogant staff .. not friendly at all ... have to clean own bedding t0o also had to pay 20 euros for WiFi that doesn't work
Nobody comes to clean the room. (Stayed there for 9 nights) had to buy our own toiletpaper, toiletrees. Nobody changes towels.
Bathroom was pretty sad- dirty, no toletrees, hair dryer was not working, water bearly came from shower and it was no hot.
Food was pretty bad too. There are hotels where you cant decide what to eat, because everything is great-here you cant decide what to eat, because everything is not great.😀
Most of plates and cups were not clean.
There is the same russian music every night-very loud. A lot of drunk and loud people.
Condicioning was broken too.
Stuff bearly knows english.
You can get way better hotel for the same price.
Initially we were shocked by the room, how basic and horrible it was. Some of the lights don’t work, the air conditioning drips water and has exposed cables, the drain in the bathroom always gets blocked. Additionally the whole place is dirty, the bed is rock hard, no fresh towels were brought to us, no clean sheets, no toilet paper. The whole place is shoddy, and the staff do not care when you complain or ask them to fix things.
All they have at the bar is one beer and a dodgy looking wine - they only give you 200ml small plastic cups to drink from which is ridiculous. When you ask for any other alcohol they say they don’t have it even though it’s on the shelf behind the so called ‘bar’. The food is tailored to the many Russian guests that stay there - some of it is edible, but you get pushed while waiting and they flock like they are starving to get to the food first. I pretty much only eat rice and potatoes while there as the chicken looked unappetising. The evening music was all Russian and the staff only seem to want to keep them happy. We heard and spoke to multiple British and German people who were experiencing the same things as us.
The place does not make you feel welcome or relaxed at all, we spent most of our days out from early until late as the place was depressing us. We ended up leaving turkey earlier than planned due to the hotel. It is not a holiday resort at all, more like a last resort.
Save yourself the stress, tears and uncomfortableness and book any other hotel!!
with balconies at the door and at the window
with a wonderful garden, with cats and turtles,
with a swimming pool and pool bar,
polite staff, good food, low price
+ we liked it
the position of the hotel, close to the sea and the center
+ the city of Kemer is very beautiful and close to Antalya,
the spectacular road from Antalya to Kemer, with the mountain on the right and the sea on the left
- what we didn't like: it is not very clean in the hotel/restaurant, there is no attention to details
(stained curtains, gray sheets, unhygienic plastic cups...)
- That there were no other options to having just boiled eggs.
the best advise i can give if read my comment is DO NOT COME HERE !!!
