Hotel «Club Sun Heaven» in Konakli

We stayed with our family for 7 nights and were very satisfied. The first thing that stood out was the cleanliness – the surroundings were constantly being cleaned, and everything was spotless, both in the rooms and throughout the hotel grounds. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was varied and delicious, and I had the best baklava I’ve ever tasted! The kids loved the foam parties and discos. The hotel has its own beach, which is very close – just perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sun Heaven Family & Spa Hotel in Alanya!
The pool area is lovely — comfortable loungers and a great atmosphere to relax.
It would be even better if the music spot for the DJ was moved to the main pool area, not near the kids’ pool with the water slides.
I got to know quite a few staff members, and most of them (especially the guys) were super friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better.
I also tried the hammam and massage, which were nice and relaxing.
The DJ and live music evenings were definitely the highlights — fun, lively, and full of good energy!
Just a small note — Wi-Fi is not free and costs €2 per day per device.
Overall, it’s a lovely place for a relaxing holiday. We really enjoyed our time there and honestly didn’t want to leave!

We liked the hotel, a nice place for any contingent. Very good service, the rooms are all clean and the territory is clean. Our room is very comfortable.
We were also pleased with the animation team, aqua aerobics and volleyball are our favorite activities.
We will definitely come here again

We went on 07/1/2022 with a family with a child 1 year 4 months old, it turned out 7 nights, but 6 days, which of course is sad and not enough, but what can you do. We arrived at the hotel already at night at 02:00. delayed the flight for another 40 minutes, settled quickly, 15 minutes, the room was immediately given a standard, as booked, everything was without problems. Entering the room, it smelled very pleasantly of clean linen, which pleased us and in general we really liked the room. The only mirror was stained with children's hands on the closet, but I considered it trifles, the balcony is spacious, it was great to sit at night when the child was sleeping)) the room was cleaned when you turned on the right button to do the cleaning, or there is a do not disturb button. Towels, slippers, all personal hygiene items are provided (cotton pads, sticks, gel, shampoo, soap), there is water in the refrigerator, tea, coffee, sugar, a kettle, mugs, saucers, etc. We lived in a new building, there is an elevator, which is very cool with a child, with a stroller, living on the 5th floor) Not in the old buildings. In the evening, children's animation, though every day is the same) but the children are happy, everyone is dancing well done.
As for food, well, in principle, it’s normal, you can eat, there is a lot of choice, but almost everything like that) you definitely won’t stay hungry. Ice cream is given 2 times a day, and very tasty. Fanta, sprite, colla are delicious! Alcohol: there is almost everything, but for some reason we drank beer, and then switched to wine because it’s very normal) the staff is friendly, well done guys in general, they work very quickly!
The most important thing is that this hotel is very suitable for families with children, it’s really super, our child was happy when he saw these elephants on the territory and zebras, he walked straight from one to another in circles, they couldn’t drag him))) pools .... 2 large pools . The child came to sleep at night and just passed out in a minute! There was no such thing at home)) the beach is normal, go through the underpass for a minute, there are enough sun loungers for everyone, first sand, then small pebbles, which is not very pleasant for the feet, and then there are huge stones like a rock or something, well, on which, in principle, you are further and you go, but this is already half the trouble, the sea was warming, you didn’t want to climb out. Shower, changing room, toilet is on the beach, a bar too.
In general, we really liked it, and probably we would come here again, only for 10 days)

Good money value. Good for kids. Staff rarely speak English. Many russian speaking staff and visitors. Wifi is bad and expensive. Buy a wifi router with local sim!
