It's my fault booking this hotel with my partner for a vacation we were told this hotel is nicest in Alanya, such a liars this days

When checked in the receptionist in front desk who was smiling had a difrent look when he saw our passports and was not any polite then we head our room there was hair,blood stains even some things I don't know on blankets and pillows Jesus Christ knows what they are but as a hotel manager by myself I knew house keeping is not always working well so we ignored it but for sake why you don't have batteries in tv remote? Thank God we carry extra for our flashlight and we used that one then we spend that day out to explore alanya and nearby dinner was tasty am not going to lie chefs who I talk to was so polite for a small talk unlike rest of staff food variety was enough but service staff was rude did not understand me even though I speak the most common language to exist and needed 30 mins for a cola I could have just fly back to usa to grab a cola in that time especially there was a young guy who was looking at my partner and looked away when I gave him a stare if I beat him then am going to deal with police and law so I didn't take it longer and we also ignore the condom boxes and dead bugs under the bed we ignore million things and we were bored so bad at the hotel we check out in 4 days our local friends told us that hotel is not good and they showed us 3 hotel around which was like 99999x times better and we spend our time there and head a actually great vacation the only good thing about this place is views and food rest is trash

Disgusting restaurant, the food is not cooked properly. Hygiene is something that is missing, the owner has his dog running in the restaurant. Very nasty place in general, most employees do not know english and serve the wrong food and charge for the wrong order. would not recommend anyone to visit the restaurant belonging to the hotel on the beach.
