We stayed at Granada Luxury Okurcalar from 19th - 24th October, the resort was very clean, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay. Our room was on the 8th floor with a balcony and sea view, we couldn't see the sea or the pool as the wall was very high, however the room was very clean and spacious. There was a wide range of food and dessert options and the food was of a high standard. The night shows are always different and were very fun to watch. There is a lot of things to do throughout the day including activities such as water pollo, beach volleyball, darts etc.
The staff were friendly and truly made our holiday a holiday to remember, I would like to thank Mehmet, Atta & Muslim from the snack bar, Pasha & Bayram from the coffee bar and Muslim from the shark night club.
The location is great! 2 mins walk from Carrefour and other supermarkets. Also, 5 mins drive to Alara Grand Bazaar.
From my opinion the following things can be improved; swimming pool can be heated (the water was very cold), songs played by the Dj in the swimming pool, Disco & Shark Night Club were the same everyday - new songs would be preferable.

My first all inclusive holiday with my wife was here and what an experience it was. Definition of all inclusive holiday is here. Don’t know where to start but we stayed for 5 Nights and wish we could stayed longer. And most important side that has made our stay better was the staff!! The staff are amazing especially the boys behind the snack bar at night and the boys at the Corner bar. Friendly funny respectful and look after you. Mehmet, muslim , pasa, bairam, ata these boys you will need to link with when you get there because the make your holiday ever better. The atmosphere is amazing, food is amazing ( everyday it’s something different, facilities, they do have it all! It’s just the place to go and enjoy nice holiday with great staff🕺🏼 100% coming back and cannot wait! Thank you so much for making it a memorable holiday ❤️

We stayed for 12 nights, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We came with a car and one thing that left particularly a bad impression is that they parked our car and took our keys and said that the keys should stay with them. The next day we needed to take some luggage from the car and the vallet walked us to the car and was watching us the entire time, instead of simpy handing over the keys. I felt like my car is "kidnapped" and can only be seen if somebody from the staff is with you. Few days later we went out with the car after the vallet work time and we parked wherever we wanted and took the keys. The security did not mind us having the keys at all, so I think it was all the vallet's " imaginary rules" .
When we arrived, they put as in room for invalids, which is worse and older compared to the other rooms. We asked to change our room and they changed it, so we could see the huge difference in both type rooms. The mini-bar in the invalid room was with broken door, the shampoos and other stuffs were already half used and not replaced with new ones. When we took shower, the whole room got flooded. There is one old curtain that does not do anything plus it was disgusting. I feel bad for the actual invalids who should be put in this room.
The cleanliness is at a very low level overall for the hotel. The pool has yellow stains on the walls, like it has not been cleaned a whole season. The tables next to the sunbeds are sticky and with stains. They were not cleaned even once during our stay.
Housekeeping staff enters the room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign, which is unacceptable. I do not like the staff to enter my room when I clearly put sign to not enter. Mini bar is refilled if you put the sign make up the room. Despite the staff enter the room daily they will refill the bar only then.
There is no variety of the food at all. Most of the days you can clearly see that the food is from the previous day,just "recooked" to another dish. Some of the food was cold. There are huge lines for the only 2-3 decent dishes available(meatballs,skewers, fish etc). Once I have asked for ayran on breakfast and they told me that is only served on lunch and dinner ?!?
Most of the staff don’t speak English, which makes communication extremely difficult.
95% of the beach towels are in terrible condition, so worn out that you can literally see through them.
Overall, the hotel does not deserve 5 stars at all.It was absolutely not worth the high price we paid. If the other hotels from this hotel chain are the same, I would never go. All people who put 5 stars on this hotel obviously has never been in a real 5star hotel or this is their first vacation in Turkey.

Bars are not good as expected in 5 star hotel. Seems like in 3 star level. Low quality alcohols and cocktails. Meals are not as tasty as that needs to be. Not all facilities of hotel included in UAI package. Room service is done afternoon although you call them from morning.

Very nice view, the beach is clean, the service was also very good, activities didn’t disappoint for the most part. The room I stayed in was clean, it had a lot of mirrors, comfortable beds and spacious. Also if you prefer sleeping than going out in the evening it is not quiet. I know it’s a big hotel but there is just too many people so if you want to get the best spots at the beach or a table in the restaurant just be early. The whole area of the hotel is small for this many people. At noon, again, the music from the pool area is loud and you cannot rest in your room. The decision is yours if you want to spend time here.:)

Nice experience, excellent service and comfortable
My friend and I had a great time. It was a business trip in a great atmosphere and we got everything we wanted. The service was good and the staff were very helpful from the reception to the restaurants and rooms. I recommend it, especially for families.

If this is first your holiday in Turkey you might be happy, otherwise do not come here as it is very small hotel, with a very low bartender standard. The marketing was great but in reality is very small hotel with cocktails in plastic cups , bartenders are unpleasant, food variety is small... Not happy at all....
