We stayed at Kirman Sidera Luxury & Spa from October 13 to 20, 2025. Overall, the hotel left a good impression, but there are a few important details to consider. The restaurant is excellent — no complaints at all. The food is tasty, varied, and beautifully presented, and the staff is attentive and polite. Animation, however, is quite weak for a hotel of this level — I would call it average at best. The mini disco for kids starts at 8:45 PM, which is too late for small children. Room cleaning is a solid 7 out of 10 — generally fine, but not detailed. Bathrobes and towels were clearly overwashed and grayish. On the first day, the minibar wasn’t refilled with still water — only on the second day, and only after visiting the reception. Out of the three pools, only one is heated; the rest, including the kids’ and aqua zone pools, were cold, making it uncomfortable to swim. There’s also a river near the hotel that flows into the sea and brings in cold water. As a result, the sea itself was warm, but the top layer — about 10 cm — was noticeably colder, which made swimming unpleasant. Another downside — at night it’s quite noisy from the nearby road, and the noise is audible even with the windows closed. In general, the hotel is good — food, service, and location are at a high level. The river issue is, of course, beyond the hotel’s control, but it’s something to keep in mind. The other small shortcomings will probably be improved over time.

We stayed 8 days at Kirman Premium Sidera Hotel as a family with three kids, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything was perfect — from the warm welcome to the excellent service throughout our stay.

The facilities are top quality: the swimming pools are clean and well-maintained, there’s plenty of entertainment for children, and the food is simply outstanding — fresh, delicious, and with great variety every day.

A very special thank you to the Guest Relations department for their exceptional attention and kindness. They were always available, friendly, and made sure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their care truly made our holiday extra special.

This was our second visit to Sidera this year and it was fantastic. The hotel is kept immaculately. All the waiters were always efficient and helpful. We would like to mention Ebubekir who can't do enough for you! Aziz at the Aquarium bar was great, he has so much personality and happy character. And Gullu was wonderful, she assisted us with all the requests and a lovely personality. We will definitely be back in May next year.

Sidera is a warm, but charming hotel. We chose this hotel with friends and didn't regret it. Everything was wonderful. The food, desserts, and fruit were fantastic. The drinks and service were good. Despite the small staff, all departments were good. Oktoberfest was very nice

🩵The sports area was excellent, with many fitness classes. Dance and sports coach Gizem was excellent. We recommend the classes to everyone.🧘🏼‍♀️ Stretching, yoga, water gymnastics, pilates, TRX, Zumba, 💃and belly dancing classes are available every day.💪🏽 Some classes change daily. The entertainment and music shows were nice . The massage parlor staff was very helpful. Definitely try them. Contact Elif and Rina now for more information.🪷

There were vitamins, and the staff was always attentive, and the banana milk and ice cream were all top-notch. Gozleme chef Fatmanur had delicious ,börek gozleme (pancakes). The cafe girls were hardworking and made excellent coffee. Quality officer İbrahim guided us and helped us with a few things. Aziz , Hüseyin , Mustafa and his staff at the bar served us delicious drinks. Handan, Zekeriya, and other Kazakh staff from the pool and garden were everywhere. The hotel exterior was very clean. When we first arrived, Tuncay provided us with information. And the manager, Serkan, was also very friendly and helpful. We thank him for his help. The mystery was amazing Thanks to all the staff 🫶 I can recommend it to everyone 👌 👏🧿💙🩵🖤🤍❤️

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality at Kirman Sidera Luxury & Spa was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel itself is stunning, with luxurious amenities and beautifully maintained grounds that create a perfect atmosphere for relaxation and indulgence.

A special shout-out to Berk at reception for his outstanding service. Berk went above and beyond to accommodate our room preferences, ensuring our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His warm and professional demeanor truly enhanced our experience.

I do not recommend it to parents with children! The animators (as well as most of the staff) do not understand simple sentences in English/German.
In the mini club, the animators do not offer games to children if they do not speak Russian/Turkish. One of the animators told me that she would not play with my child because it is better when there are at least 3 children. Absurd.
The playground is ok, but the carousel is only open around 8 p.m. for a while... I don't understand why; should it stand and look good?
Mini disco is also a joke. 10 minutes of dancing (the same 3-4 songs every day) and then a game in which children have to stand in line to, for example, jump rope once or walk under a stick. The animator repeats the same thing over and over again. And a few animators stand nearby and dance instead of keeping the children entertained.
The children's slides are also not open all day, so you can't lounge on the sun loungers there because they close them.
large slides - the stairs are so dirty that no one has probably cleaned there for a long time. The area around this zone looks neglected.
Most waiters are not smiling and you have to wait a long time for someone to ask what you would like to drink. they see you with a baby in your arms, but you still have to ask for a baby chair...
the beach is very rocky.
I am disappointed with this hotel and do not recommend it.
As for the cleanliness of the room, it is ok, although there are traces of age in the bathroom.
The windows do not have any soundproofing, the room facing the pool is really VERY noisy.
We travel often, so I have a comparison. I rarely write reviews, but I think it's worth it for people who want to come here, and the hotel is not cheap, to know that they can find much better places.

We booked this location last minute by just reading the reviews and looking at the pictures. Everything is as you see in the pictures if not better. Excellent staff, shows, activities and facilities. The sea view room was awesome and the food was delicious. We were busy all day with group fun activities plus fitness classes including Yoga, cross training etc. Overall a great place for a family holiday.

We had an incredible week at this hotel.
The hotel is a real 5*.
The food is varied, fresh and very good.
There are four bars including the one in the lobby which is open 24/7 and where Moussa, a very nice bartender, works.
But our favorite is the Breeze bar open in the evening from 7pm to 1am with musical performances. The guitarist who works there is very nice.
The atmosphere is superb.
The hotel staff is also attentive and very helpful.
The activities are also varied within the hotel.
We never get bored!
The only annoying thing is the fact that everyone reserves the deckchairs at the pool very early in the morning and therefore, it is very difficult to find a place after 8am. Although the hotel does not allow it, nothing prevents everyone from going down and reserving places much too early.
I totally recommend Kirman Sidera Hotel.

We chose this hotel for a family vacation. The food was very delicious. As a family with children, the mini club was a great benefit to us. We were able to leave the kids there and relax. Having a morning walk every day helped us start the day off nicely. All the staff spoke various foreign languages.
