We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The hotel has a beautiful beachfront location with stunning views and easy access to the sea. The staff were always friendly and helpful, making us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The food was varied and tasty, with something for everyone at each meal. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the daily housekeeping kept everything fresh. The pool area was lively and fun, and there were plenty of activities throughout the day. Overall, it was a great experience and perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Would definitely come back!

We stayed at Justiniano Club Alanya at the end of October – beginning of November, and it was an amazing family holiday! Even though it was the end of the season, everything was well-organized — the hotel was clean, the territory beautiful, and the atmosphere very friendly. The staff were polite, helpful, and always smiling. Our room was comfortable, with a lovely view and daily cleaning. The food was varied and tasty, and there was always something for both adults and children. The sea was warm, and the beach was well maintained. We especially liked the animation team — they created a cheerful mood for everyone, even at the end of the season. We’ve been to Turkey many times, but this hotel truly stands out for its hospitality and family atmosphere. We’ll definitely come back again!

We vacationed in mid-October, and the weather was beautiful. The hotel is located on the seafront, the grounds are large and very green. There are many families with children. We liked everything, and I would like to note the very friendly attitude of the staff.

We stayed at the hotel in October. The weather was great – warm, around +24°C during the day, and the sea was calm and pleasant for swimming all day long. The hotel grounds are green, well-maintained, and compact – everything is close by, no need to walk far. The garden and palm trees along the paths create a very nice atmosphere. Our room was a standard one – not new, but clean. Housekeeping was regular, towels were changed, and bottled water was provided. The furniture is simple but functional. The food is typical for an all-inclusive concept: there’s enough variety, though nothing fancy. Breakfasts were a bit repetitive, but lunches and dinners were good – meat, fish, fresh vegetables, and fruits. For desserts, there were Turkish sweets and pastries. The alcohol is local and standard quality. Animation in October is not as active as in the summer, but for those who prefer a calm atmosphere, that’s actually a plus. There were morning exercises, beach volleyball, and small evening shows. The sea is clean, the beach is sandy with some pebbles, and the entrance to the water is comfortable. There are enough sunbeds, though if you come around noon, you might need to look for a free spot. The staff are polite and helpful, especially at the reception. Wi-Fi is weak, so it’s better to get a local SIM card. Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression — a peaceful, family-friendly place for a quiet and relaxing holiday. This is honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, and we have traveled quite a lot. The only good things here are the beautiful beach, the sea, and the tasty, varied food—otherwise, we would have packed up and left already.
The hotel description says it is located directly on the beach, but that’s not really true. It takes around 10 minutes to walk there, and on the way back it’s uphill. In fact, you’re not even staying in the hotel itself. Guests are placed in small houses with a few rooms each, and you have to walk to the reception, restaurant, and basically everywhere else.
Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, and if you want it in your room you need to pay extra. We booked ultra all inclusive, which feels unnecessary because it seems like everyone here has access to everything anyway. Each room gets just one key card, so when you leave, the electricity turns off—the fridge stops cooling and the air conditioning shuts down. We had to pay a deposit to get an extra card.
On arrival, the minibar was supposed to be stocked, but even after several requests at the reception, it’s still empty (we arrived on Friday, and now it’s Monday).
To make things worse, we got an old, sagging bed that squeaks terribly, so every morning we wake up feeling broken and unrested.
We are trying to enjoy our vacation, but unfortunately, the hotel itself makes it very difficult. Definitely not worth the money.

Since I arrived with my family to the hotel I had a lot of fun and excitement! The lobby is perfect welcoming guests , restaurants service so good and food so delicious . Regarding animations in the hotel so wonderful for kids and adults . We had a lot of morning activities beside pool and away from pool as well, everywhere you can find fun. The hotel provides amazing evenings show for kids same as for adults as well. For people who regularly doing work can find professional trainer Mr. Dogan and all required equipments in gym

This was the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had.
❌ Every day something broke in the room — air conditioning, lights, plumbing.
❌ The hygiene was awful: dirty dishes, sticky tables, bad smells in the room.
❌ Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful — especially toward children.
❌ All requests were ignored. You feel like a burden, not a guest.
Our vacation turned into a nightmare. We left in tears and felt humiliated.
Absolutely do not recommend — especially for families with kids.
Dear Justiniano Club Alanya management,
Thank you for your reply — however, I must strongly object to the misrepresentation of facts in your statement.
1. No champagne or fruit basket was ever received by me or anyone in our group. This claim is false and can easily be disproven.
2. After the incident, our room was not cleaned again even once, despite repeated requests.
3. The wristband was violently and humiliatingly torn off my friend’s arm in public, in front of multiple guests. This happened after I had already signed the so-called “no complaints” form, which I was pressured into signing without fully understanding its implications.
4. The physical contact with my friend was absolutely unacceptable and may result in an investigation by Turkish authorities, including a formal request for surveillance camera footage, which we were told “does not exist.”
5. After this, your manager Elena was heard spreading rumors among staff and guests, falsely claiming that we were “begging for wristbands.” This is not only unprofessional — it’s a lie.
6. In fact, the Deluxe manager voluntarily offered us the upgraded wristbands the next day after check-in, when we visited the Deluxe building ourselves to ask about purchasing them. We offered to pay for them three separate times — to him and later to your staff — and each time payment was refused.
Your attempt to discredit our complaint by twisting events and resorting to personal attacks only proves how poorly this situation has been handled.
We are currently in contact with tourism authorities and will also be informing the Canadian consulate, as one of the affected children is a Canadian citizen.
We recommend you review your version of the facts very carefully — especially if the Turkish police or consular officials request access to surveillance footage or signed documentation
