This is honestly the worst hotel we have ever stayed at, and we have traveled quite a lot. The only good things here are the beautiful beach, the sea, and the tasty, varied food—otherwise, we would have packed up and left already.

The hotel description says it is located directly on the beach, but that’s not really true. It takes around 10 minutes to walk there, and on the way back it’s uphill. In fact, you’re not even staying in the hotel itself. Guests are placed in small houses with a few rooms each, and you have to walk to the reception, restaurant, and basically everywhere else.

Wi-Fi only works in the lobby, and if you want it in your room you need to pay extra. We booked ultra all inclusive, which feels unnecessary because it seems like everyone here has access to everything anyway. Each room gets just one key card, so when you leave, the electricity turns off—the fridge stops cooling and the air conditioning shuts down. We had to pay a deposit to get an extra card.

On arrival, the minibar was supposed to be stocked, but even after several requests at the reception, it’s still empty (we arrived on Friday, and now it’s Monday).

To make things worse, we got an old, sagging bed that squeaks terribly, so every morning we wake up feeling broken and unrested.

We are trying to enjoy our vacation, but unfortunately, the hotel itself makes it very difficult. Definitely not worth the money.

Thank you for your reply — however, I must strongly object to the misrepresentation of facts in your statement.
1. No champagne or fruit basket was ever received by me or anyone in our group. This claim is false and can easily be disproven.
2. After the incident, our room was not cleaned again even once, despite repeated requests.
3. The wristband was violently and humiliatingly torn off my friend’s arm in public, in front of multiple guests. This happened after I had already signed the so-called “no complaints” form, which I was pressured into signing without fully understanding its implications.
4. The physical contact with my friend was absolutely unacceptable and may result in an investigation by Turkish authorities, including a formal request for surveillance camera footage, which we were told “does not exist.”
5. After this, your manager Elena was heard spreading rumors among staff and guests, falsely claiming that we were “begging for wristbands.” This is not only unprofessional — it’s a lie.
6. In fact, the Deluxe manager voluntarily offered us the upgraded wristbands the next day after check-in, when we visited the Deluxe building ourselves to ask about purchasing them. We offered to pay for them three separate times — to him and later to your staff — and each time payment was refused.

Your attempt to discredit our complaint by twisting events and resorting to personal attacks only proves how poorly this situation has been handled.

We are currently in contact with tourism authorities and will also be informing the Canadian consulate, as one of the affected children is a Canadian citizen.

We recommend you review your version of the facts very carefully — especially if the Turkish police or consular officials request access to surveillance footage or signed documentation
