As a non stop traveler for my job, this was probably the worst hotel experience of mine . Worst quality food and drink can be found here. Plates, glasses etc. are dirty. Hotel personel does not care about needs.

Even though the experienceless staff did their best, staying here was an adventure. Rooms with a lot of defects (loose sink, shower door broken, toilet seat loose ..) Swimming pool is small but pleasant.

Worst hotel I've ever been to. Cold junk food, the service does not speak English and walks in everyday clothes, dirt everywhere, fear of touching anything, drinks with powder, let alone drinks and it is to be all inclusive, ehhh I do not recommend!

We quite adequately understood that we were going to a budget hotel, more precisely, even so - the most budget one, but we didn’t expect this either. The main 3 minuses: mud everywhere, terrible food, problems with the beach. Below is detail.

The previous review and maybe some future ones will write that the hotel is normal and the rooms are good. Relatively new rooms are the only plus point of the hotel. The hotel is not cleaned from the word at all - neither the general territory nor the rooms (we talked with many guests of the hotel - in the room for 11-15 days did not clean up at anyone). The highchair was not washed for 5 days in a row, and I was ignored when asked to give me a rag. If something breaks in your room (God forbid, air conditioning), no one will repair anything to you. This is not acceptable in any hotel - neither in 1 *, nor in 5 *, no matter how much you paid - in a hotel, damn it, it should be clean. The furniture may be old, but it should be clean.

The second fat minus is nutrition. Once again, I realized that a very budget hotel. But that there would be no meat at all on the buffet (moreover, this happened several times, more often there were some incomprehensible ground items, semi-semi-sausages, bad smell and taste, and no one eaten at the hotel. Once, half-raw meatballs were laid out on the Swede). For breakfast, there were always only hot boiled eggs (no scrambled eggs, no porridge, or casseroles). There were no sweets at all, no children's menu at all (neither my one-year-old, nor other alien children older than 7-12 years could eat anything). You will be there hungry, 100%. We did not see a single satisfied guest in the restaurant, neither Russians nor foreigners, everyone was cursing.

The beach is a separate story. The tour operators have incorrect information - the hotel has no beach at all. By agreement, he takes guests either to the beach of the Selenium hotel or to the Dolphin Beach Club. Transfer there at 09.40 and 10.40, back at 16.00 and 17.00. If young people are still normal, then it’s impossible to skip lunch with children and this option is not suitable at all. You have to return back either for money by taxi, or catch a ride, or walk 25-30 minutes on the road. 7-10 minutes walk from the hotel is the main beach of Side, which is divided between the hotels of the first line and restaurants. You can get there for a fee by buying a deck chair and umbrella for 2.5-3 dollars (or 15 lire, the price is fixed). You can squeeze in for free on a small piece of some meters uncleaned from the rubbish piece between hotel beaches, but for me this is completely uncomfortable. The third option (if you accidentally get into this hotel) is a 20-minute walk there is a public beach, where there is plenty of space, you can buy a sunbed, you can not buy. The administrator will tell you on the map how to get there. In general, as you can see, in order to get to the sea from this hotel - the whole story. No money such a "holiday" is not worth it.
