Radisson Resort Ras Al Khaimah Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah

I had an incredibly frustrating experience at this hotel, and unfortunately, it overshadowed what was supposed to be a relaxing staycation. My family and I arrived at 3 PM, with only two other families ahead of us, but we ended up waiting for **two hours** to check in! It was clear that the hotel was intentionally dragging out the check-in process, as it took around 20 minutes for each guest to be processed—even though it seemed like the rooms were not ready. If they couldn't manage the crowd, they should have stopped accepting bookings, but instead, they left guests stranded in the lobby.

I had booked my stay **two months in advance**, and despite receiving **three calls** confirming my arrival, I still ended up waiting for **two hours** to get my room key at **5 PM**. This felt completely unnecessary and poorly organized.

To make matters worse, by the time we were finally checked in, we rushed to enjoy the amenities. We went to the pool, only to find that it closed at **5:30 PM**, and then headed to the beach, which was closing at **6 PM**. It felt like everything we had planned to enjoy was being rushed or shut down prematurely.

Overall, our stay was ruined by the hotel's **lack of proper management** and inability to efficiently handle guests. If you're looking for a relaxing stay, I would recommend looking elsewhere. I expected much better service, especially after booking well in advance.

We chose the Radisson for a planned weekend getaway, hoping for a vibrant atmosphere with activities, Unfortunately, the vibe wasn't what we had anticipated.

Our much-anticipated weekend getaway at the Radisson was sadly a letdown, primarily due to the atmosphere. We booked expecting the kind of fun, engaging activities and vibrant crowd that many hotels feature on weekends. Instead, we found the social scene with more Russians guests.

To ensure all guests feel included and can fully participate in the hotel's offerings, we would respectfully suggest using English as the primary language for public announcements and organized activities.

One thing that made our stay exceptional, however, was the staff. We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Richard and Mr. Harish for their outstanding hospitality. They were consistently attentive, friendly and always had a genuine smile.
