The stay was nice with comfy bed and good service at the restaurants. However, maybe the package details were a bit complicated, the reception forgot to give us Lounge access at first place, but were able to rectify the second day. Lounge servers were very nice and friendly too.

The room is very spacious, about 40 square meters, and very clean. A bit more meat for breakfast would be nice. It's super close to the subway station, just a 3-minute walk. It's also very near the Burj Khalifa; you can even see it from the hotel room, less than two kilometers away.

The twin room was quite spacious and clean. They have a pool, and the location is convenient with easy access to transportation, plus it's close to the airport. The breakfast had a good variety, though it wasn't quite suited for a Chinese palate. Overall, I was pretty satisfied!

Muslim shower with washing closet was so difficult to use as it required to hands to press open the shower  The sink of washroom was blocked and draining very slow No combs / dental kit / has to ask for it  The wash room use was disappointing in terms of plumbing issues as described.

There were very few Chinese guests at this hotel; most were from Europe and the Americas. The hotel has a swimming pool, which was lovely for a swim. Breakfast was just okay. One of the staff members at the front desk was quite rude; I felt he wasn't suited for the service industry. He had a sour expression the entire time I was dealing with him.

Impeccable service, very friendly staff, cosy rooms with great views to the sea side. You feel here warm and cosily like at home. Location is perfectly convenient, diverse infrastructure all around. The hotel is looking a little bit dated and needs some investment and upgrades. Bedding is not up to usual standards for Sheraton, and in fact hotel is no longer part of the marriott bonvoy system, so no privileges. Rooms are spacious, but there was no desk in my room for working with laptop and bathroom a little small. Breakfast spread is somewhat limited.
