The room itself was actually pretty decent, and it's in a lively area of Sharjah. Check-in took quite a while, which was a bit of a drag, and there was no hairdryer in the room, so it was just 'okay' overall. However, the excellent service attitude definitely earns some bonus points.

So far, everything was good, but I couldn’t find the hair dryer or the iron for clothes. The pool was a little small—it looked big in the online pictures, but in reality it’s different. Also, the room AC is not working properly, it’s too hot, and they don’t have a smart TV.

On my previous visit, the hotel was 100% clean. This time i was surprised to see the amount of stains on the room walls and especially in the shower. Maybe using wallpaper isn’t the cleanest idea for a hotel. However the experience was nice, design is nice, ambiance is perfect, staff are nice, breakfast is good, and the bed is comfortable, view is amazing. But hygiene comes first.

This hotel is incredibly convenient, with a food court and Carrefour right in front, and close proximity to the airport and metro station. The room was clean, and the shower pressure, which is rare for hotels abroad, was excellent. The local restaurant next door to the hotel was also cheap and delicious.

Jireh and Rachelle from reception are very accommodating. Whenever I come in here, they always greet me with a smile so it feels very welcoming to me. They do the check in process so quick and with ease. The place is also very clean and rooms are organized. I highly recommend this place. Check-in and everything else was smooth, and the room was clean. However, the lobby had a very unpleasant perfume smell. Also, the hallway and room reeked of cigarette smoke. There are plenty of cafes nearby, so I was glad I didn't opt for the breakfast, as I imagine the quality wouldn't have been great.

The room was very clean and the front desk service was excellent.

The initially allotted rooms were completely closed, with no outside view, and the only visible items were paint tins. Later, we were shifted to the top floor, which was satisfactory. However, no services such as baggage handling or assistance in shifting luggage to the rooms were provided.

Groceries, daily necessities, even clothes – it's a one-stop shop! Ordering takeout is also very convenient, and there's a shopping mall with a large Wenzhou supermarket just a ten-minute walk away.

Upon check-in, the staff told us we had booked the Royal Escort Hotel next door, which made us go back and forth between the two hotels. The room was large but the facilities were old. There were also cockroaches. To get to the elevator from the lobby, you have to go up two short flights of stairs, which is not very convenient. I would not want to stay here again.
