Park Arjaan by Rotana Hotel in Abu Dhabi City

High cost performance

Excellent stay. The hotel has free parking and is well-located for getting around if you have a car. The minimalist decor is pleasant and tasteful. The room was large and well-appointed with a very well-equipped kitchenette and a washer-dryer. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily and thorough housekeeping. The staff was very friendly and ready to help at all levels (housekeeping, reception, restaurant).
The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes (Asian, Emirati, and Western cuisine). The quality of the food was outstanding: fresh fruit, delicious fruit juices in the morning, steamed vegetables as well as vegetables cooked in sauce, several meat options, and fish at every meal. The desserts were beautifully presented and delicious (at least six different kinds at each meal), and the staff were always smiling and attentive. The only downside to staying on the second floor is the 'Cooper' bar directly below and the loud music on weekends (until midnight or 1 a.m.). However, I must commend the very responsive reception staff who offered to change our room immediately when we mentioned that it was a nuisance. Everything is done to ensure your comfort.
There is a swimming pool with a lifeguard and spa treatments (which we didn't try). Finally, there's a park within easy walking distance and a view of the magnificent Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque.

This stay exceeded my expectations; it truly lives up to its reputation as a highly-rated hotel in the area! Check-in was extremely efficient, and the staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering information on nearby attractions and restaurant recommendations. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant decor. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were complete and of high quality. The view from the window was also fantastic. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, catering to multiple international tastes, and was fresh and delicious. My stay was completely smooth and enjoyable, with meticulous and thoughtful service. It offered excellent value for money, and I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!

My stay at Park Arjaan by Rotana, Abu Dhabi was truly wonderful. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, spacious rooms, and excellent service. I did face a small issue during my stay, but the administration handled it quickly and professionally, ensuring everything was resolved smoothly. Really enjoyed my stay at Park Arjaan by Rotana. The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. The breakfast was super tasty with lots of options, and I loved the swimming pool, and the pool bar have also delicious variety of food— very relaxing and well-kept. Great spot for a calm and comfortable stay in Abu Dhabi.

I am disappointed with my recent experience at Arjaan Rotana. Despite arriving at 3:30 PM, I was informed that my room was not ready and was kept waiting in the reception area for over an hour.
What made the situation worse was the unprofessional and discourteous attitude of the staff member handling my check-in. This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a hotel of this standard.
I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving the check-in process and staff professionalism for future guests.

The hotel has amazing facilities, the restaurant offers a great variety of options during the breakfast. All the staff members were super friendly especially one of the waiters, Tinashe, was incredibly kind. I look forward to coming back!
