The Rooms are old need to renovate it.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, which was a positive aspect. However, I've lowered my rating because several employees repeatedly insisted I mention their names in online reviews.
According to my booking on the travel website, the plan included both breakfast and dinner. However, upon arrival, I was informed that only breakfast was included, and I had to pay for dinner separately.
The room was an adequate size for a solo traveler, but I think it would have been better if they had included a toothbrush as part of the amenities.
The pool was very relaxing and provided a pleasant experience.
The location is very convenient, as the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall.
The restaurant serves a buffet, featuring international cuisine for breakfast and Arabic cuisine for dinner.
