The staff are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, nothing is to much for them.
Breakfast is from the restaurant next door, but fresh and delivered to your room if required.
The rooms are large and have a sitting room, and a kitchen and the bedroom is a good size with a comfortable bed.
The quality of the room is definitely 4 star. Every thing was available and working: Iron board, WiFi, TV, wardrobes, bath tub, good view, Private parking. The only downside was no room service.
The lounge had a fully functional kitchen too with crockery, spoons and forks all available. There’s no need to bring any kitchen apparatus apart from blenders maybe. The cleaners also wash the dishes!
Ac was cool and the room also has a sliding door. One of the best things is private basement parking that many other hotels in the area don’t provide. And the parking is for residents only after 9pm.
