1️⃣ The room had no strange odors, and the bedding was very new and clean. I didn't find any hygiene issues in my room.
2️⃣ I recommend bringing your own showerhead to replace the hotel's; I felt the water pressure was insufficient and not comfortable for showering. The light above the bathroom sink was broken, making it a bit dim, but I didn't think it was a major problem.
3️⃣ Soundproofing probably depends on the location. We were right by the pool, so the singing and dancing at night were quite loud.
Overall, good review. We didn't encounter any major problems and slept very well.
TV shutting down or Netflix freezing 5-6 times during 3 day visit and it took two calls and 45 mins for Technician to come and fix it the first time, other 4-5 times I just switched TV off/on and service came back.
Room service at 17.30 on Saturday took 1hr to deliver our food, also missing extra lemons and chilli.
Next day ordered ice from room service which never arrived...
Asked front desk for house keeping at 14.00 and hang the roome service please sign, never got room service that day.
Nice large bed, good view, good food.
Pleasant people but very poorly organized operation.
Sofas and furnitures could use a little upgrade & TLC, windows could be washed from time to me 🤭
